Edmund Hillary triumphantly waving a flag at the pinnacle lies months of toil under the watchful
eyes of a committed trainer. For the past 19 years, we at BT have been the trainers for many such
successful students. So, do we have some magic formula that will open the gate of a favorite
institute for you? No, we do not.
There is no substitute for all the hard work that you alone must put in. What we do have is the
knowledge, expertise and the right classroom culture. Our knowledge will tell you how to channelize
your efforts and how to focus your attention so that you are able to achieve maximum in minimum
time. Our expertise will take you through so many simulations that when you face the real test you

and motivated throughout.
We have a simple definition of our success: When you succeed, we succeed.
Once again welcome to the BT family, welcome to success!
Sincerely,
Vaibhav Bakliwal

Mr. Vaibhav Bakliwal did his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from

IIT Bombay after which he worked with TATA motors for a year. But his
penchant for teaching made him build Bakliwal Tutorials (BT) in April
2005. BT began with the aim to help students preparing for JEE,
realize their dreams; and to make sure that the preparation process
itself becomes a fun-filled and growth-involving experience.
The institute is successfully doing so and is now training more than
4000 students studying in different courses at its various centers. BT
is a leading institute for JEE and has produced many Maharashtra
Toppers and single digit All India Ranks.

Apart from his love for studies and students, he also loves music, solving puzzles and playing
chess. He has been Rajasthan Under-18 Chess champion and has played in many National level
championships.
He was also class representative for his batch, General Secretary for the Mechanical Department
and board games secretary for the institute at IIT Bombay.
Vaibhav Sir very deservingly is also the Vice President (Academics) of the Coaching Federation of
India (CFI).
He has truly been an inspiration to thousands of students aspiring for the coveted IITs.

Committed to create ethical, rational & powerful human

beings who will bring a positive difference to the society

Comprehensive Course at BT

To succeed in prominent engineering entrance exams, one requires a thorough

understanding of subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and the ability to solve
unseen and new questions with accuracy and speed. Comprehensive course is designed in
such a way that a sincere student is bound to cultivate self-confidence and acquire a grip and
easy feel for all engineering entrance exams.
At BT, we have mastered a 4-week format. In each 4 week cycle, we conduct (at least):
● 22 lectures, each of 3 hours duration (followed by 20-minutes doubt session)
● 7 tutorial sessions of 2 hours duration to revise old and tough concepts
● 1 three hours test called BTest (with common ranking across batches) with detailed analysis
● 1 three hours Practice Test before the BTest
● 2 three hours varied difficulty level Practice Tests after the BTest
● 4 small weekly tests along with numerous ad-hoc tests during the course
This structure ensures effective and timely completion of the syllabus. This is further followed
by 3 rounds of rigorous revisions till JEE Advanced. With 2500+ hrs of Class Room/Online
teaching, more than 100 tests and many more hours of doubt sessions, this two year course
for 10th passed students is truly comprehensive.

About Comprehensive Course

Comprehensive Course Formats

The 2 years Comprehensive course is offered in 2 formats:
1. Comprehensive Offline (Completely offline)
2. Comprehensive Online (Completely online)
The contact hours and all other services provided are the same across both the formats.

Course Material & Online Testing Platform

BT provides all students with its detailed course material in booklet form & an online testing
platform. The course material comprises 18 booklets with detailed theory & practice questions.
Solutions to all questions are provided separately. Through regular online and offline JEE-like
tests, we provide a detailed & personalized analysis of the student's performance like time
spent to solve each question, subject-wise comparison with toppers, topic-wise strengths &
weaknesses, etc., giving vital inputs for improvement in the examination technique.

Doubt Clearing Platforms

Apart from doubts discussed during the lecture, there will be various ways through which
students can get their doubts cleared. Following are the platforms which students can use for
the same:
1. 20 mins Reserved for Doubts After Each Lecture:
In addition to the doubts discussed during the lecture, each 3 hour lecture will be followed by a
20 mins doubt session. In these 20 mins, teachers will be available for doubt discussion (both
in online and offline lecture). Students can make use of this extra time to interact with teachers
personally and get their doubts solved.
2. Availability of teachers dedicated for doubts at centers for entire day:
At all centers, teachers dedicated for doubts are available throughout the day where students
can discuss their doubts personally with them on a one-to-one basis.
3. Online Doubt Sessions:
In addition to the above methods, separate doubt sessions are conducted in online mode on a
daily basis. In such doubt sessions too, students can interact with the teacher live from their
homes and get their doubts cleared.
4.Doubt Forum:
Bakliwal Tutorials has an interactive doubt forum with exciting features where students can
post their doubts and also solve the doubts of other students. Teachers also provide detailed
video solutions of the doubts in the forum. The questions are easily searchable and are
systematically available for reference and learning. Despite being a closed forum, meant
exclusively for BT students, BT's forum is amongst the top results in Google search.
5. Telegram Group:
Official Telegram groups (similar to WhatsApp groups) are created batch-wise with the sole
purpose of doubts discussion. Students can post their doubts in that group and fellow batch
mates along with teachers will participate to solve the same. This helps students to get instant
solutions to most of their doubts at almost any time of the day.

The Comprehensive course will begin with an Online Orientation Program. The orientation
program will be conducted from 28th April, 2025 to 25th May, 2025.

6 lectures per week are conducted during this period.

Students have an option to attend this course in any 1 time slots among the following:
● Morning (7.00 am to 10.20 am)
● Noon (11.10 am to 2.30 pm)
● Afternoon (3.30 pm to 6.50 pm)

Students can choose their preferred slot at the time of admission.

During those 4 weeks, we conduct 2 tests:

1. Mid Orientation Test (MOT) - after first 2 weeks on 11th May.

2. BTest 1 - after first 4 weeks on 25th May.

The Orientation Program is conducted in Online format only.

From June 2025, regular course would begin with at least 22 lectures per 4 weeks in all
batches in their respective formats (online or offline).

7 Tutorial Sessions, 4 Weekly Tests and 1 BTest and 1 Online Practice Test (Last Year’s BTest)
per 4-week cycle will also commence from June 2025.

A few months after the course begins, we conduct 2 extra online practice BTests. One of them is
extremely easy with direct formula based questions while the other one is quite challenging with
questions requiring absolute conceptual clarity and intense thinking.

Till the end of October 2026, the students will be thoroughly taught all the topics from the
JEE syllabus (for details, see the table on the next page).

From November 2026, exhaustive revision rounds will be conducted. We will revise and
re-revise the syllabus through lectures, systematically designed sheets and tests till the JEE
Advanced exam (conducted in the last week of May 2027).

Special batches for MHT-CET, BITSAT and Boards will also be floated after October 2026.
Students who wish to attend these batches are allowed to attend these batches along with their

Types of Batches

Getting the best students together is one of the attributes that is common across all the top rank
producing institutes in the country. The concept of 'merit wise batches' allows students to
study with their peers of relatively similar preparedness. This maximizes the personal growth of
students. Even the teachers are able to plan their lectures well. This also creates a spirit of
positive & healthy competition among the students.

With this philosophy, we have 4 types of merit-wise batches at the start of comprehensive
course. Based on the students’ performance in the entrance exam, they are allocated one of the
following batches below, which are ordered as per merit.

1. Wizards Batch
2. Champions of Champions (COC) Batch
3. Champions Batch
4. Challengers Batch

Students who do not perform even up to a bare minimum level will not be offered admission.

To begin with, students will be allocated these batches as per their performance in the entrance
exam. They will attend those batches for the first 4 weeks during the orientation program.

Batch Reallocation

Based on the performance in the Mid-Orientation Test and BTest 1 conducted during the
orientation, batches will be reallocated to the students, as per their merit and their order of
preferences that they will submit at that time.

A new category of batch, Wizards of Wizards (WOW) will be floated after the 1st BTest (at the
end of the orientation program). WOW batches will be held at the Aundh Center in the afternoon
from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm and the Lloyds Center at noon from 11:10 am to 2:30 pm. A few top
students, on the basis of merit, will be offered the WOW batches.

After BTest 1, the batch reallocation will happen after every 3 BTests based on the combined
performance in those 3 BTests. Thus, the batch reallocation will happen after BTests 1, 4, 7 and
10 respectively. Batch reallocation stops after the 11th standard once a final batch is allotted to
every student as per his/ her merit at the beginning of 12th standard.

Assistance for Carpooling or Deciding Van Vendors

Just before the offline lectures begin, once your batches at BT have been finalised, we’ll get the
location details of the students interested in carpooling or in joining the van service. We shall then
divide these students in small groups such that students living in the vicinity of each other and who
have been allocated the same batch at BT will be in the same group. We’ll then share the details
of students in the same group with each other so that can then coordinate with each other and
decide to either carpool or join some van service.
We have a list of some van vendors who have been providing such service to our students from a
few years. Please note that BT is in no way associated (financially or otherwise) with any of these
vendors. Senior BT students have given good feedback about them and hence we are
recommending them. All the related financial transactions need to be done directly with the
transport service provider only.

What makes BT different?
1. Unparallelled Genuine Results: Power of BT!
Unlike most institutes which do not even publish their result on their websites and thrive on fake
results, we believe in absolute transparency. All the ranks mentioned by us belong to the
general category unless otherwise specified clearly. All the results correspond to our classroom
students. We have also given contact details of all our IIT-JEE/JEE Advanced qualified students
till date, on our website, in the results section. We are yet to come across an institute in entire
India which has the honesty, courage & confidence of declaring their results, consistently year
after year, in such a transparent manner.

2. Offline & Online tests with detailed analysis

Offline and Online Tests at BT (called BTests) are thought
provoking and bear close resemblance to the actual JEE
paper. We analyse the tests from a student's perspective
providing detailed and in-depth analytics on time
management and test taking strategy. The analytics for
the Online test are available immediately after test
submission. The analytics of the Offline test are emailed
in a couple of days.
Some of the parameters on which students‛ performance is analysed are mentioned below:
● Subject Analysis: Students get to know their performance in each subject along with time
spent per subject per question.
● SWOT Analysis: Students can clearly see the topics in which they are strong or weak
and then can easily decide the time to be spent on each topic going forward.
● Analysis as per question type: Questions in each test are tagged as per various types
(single option correct, multiple options correct, integer type etc.) and students get to know
how they fared under each type giving them an understanding of where they need to
improve.
● Attempt Analysis: A unique analysis of questions attempted by the students‛ according to
their difficulty level is provided to the students‛ to give an understanding of whether the
easier questions were attempted earlier than the difficult questions or not.

3. Merit wise batches

Merit based batches is one of the attributes that is common across all the successful JEE
institutes across the country. It is a proven fact that when students study with peers of relatively
same intelligence level, they are able to learn more and even the teachers are able to plan their
lectures well. This also creates a spirit of positive & healthy competition among the students.

4. Focus on Boards & MHT-CET as well

We at BT teach the basic concepts so well that the student understands the subject to the core
and then it is just a matter of a little bit of tuning according to the different exams. We ensure that
the students get thoroughly prepared for the board exams & other popular exams like MHT-CET,
BITSAT, Olympiads etc as well. After the syllabus is completed in 12th std (sometime in
October), we conduct special lectures for Boards/BITSAT/MHT-CET preparation. In such
lectures, students are trained as per the different pattern of these exams and mock tests of all
these exams are also conducted. Students at BT have been doing exceptionally well in Boards,
BITSAT, MHT-CET & other exams (details of the same have been updated on the website link:
https://www.bakliwaltutorialsiit.com/result_other_exam/).

5. Well Equipped Classrooms, Study Room & Library Facility
BT offers state of the art infrastructure at each of their centre with spacious, AC ventilated
classrooms having Digital Boards. In addition to the classrooms, separate study rooms are
maintained which are dedicated for students for their self study. Students can also make use of
the various reference books available in the library.

6. Counseling Session after JEE Advanced Result

A detailed counseling session is conducted for all the students after their JEE and other exam
results are declared. In this session, along with the teachers, senior students from BT, who
have joined various IITs and other top colleges like NIT’s, BITS etc. participate and guide the
passing out batch on the right options to choose as per their merit and interest.

7. Student Mentorship Program

Each and every student at BT is assigned a personal Mentor. These mentors are young trainee
teachers at BT, who have recently passed out from top colleges like IIT/NIT etc. Mentor keeps
meeting the student at regular intervals, discusses student's academic activities in detail
including the daily study routine. The mentor also keeps a check of the progress of the student
and connects with the parent to discuss the same. Basically, the mentor plays the role of an
elder brother/sister to the student and guides the student academically and non academically in
this journey empathetically.

8. BT Culture
Out of the box events like Whizz-kid (Puzzle
Competition), Felicitation Function in which meritorious
students are awarded with Cash Prizes, Staff birthday
celebrations, Picnic with 12th passing out students along
with the faculty, Seminars, Counselling Session after JEE
Advanced result etc truly make BT different.

9. Interaction with parents on child’s progress

We ensure that we stay connected with parents through various ways and keep them in loop
with respect to their child's progress during the preparation. Teachers regularly check the
homework of students and parents are informed on the same. Parents are also sent
absenteeism SMS on daily basis and test results with detailed analysis after every test. We
also conduct a seminar on effective parenting where we share our views on how parents can
contribute in child’s studies. PTM is occasionally conducted where one to one feedback is
provided to them etc. Parents can also meet teachers occasionally after the lectures. Thus,
parents are kept totally involved during the entire journey so that we work together for the
intellectual growth of the child.

10. Insightful Seminars

In addition to the regular lectures, special seminars on various topics are conducted at regular
intervals to guide the student on mental and other aspects which are important for JEE
preparation along with the academics part. Special seminars/interaction sessions are also
conducted with parents where we discuss with them as to what can be their role on their child's
preparation. This ensures that students are highly motivated and aware about all the important
aspects during their JEE preparation journey.

is taken due care of and that student maximizes his/her performance and
surpasses one’s own expectations.

Feedback of almost all teachers at BT, as frequently taken from students, is

more than 9 out of 10 for most teachers.

Along with the regular faculty, BT has around 30+ Trainee Teachers from various IITs/NITs.
They are young teachers who've themselves gone through the JEE preparation journey
recently. They assist students with their doubts in both online and offline mode. They are also
