Pre-Job Conditions
All team members must visit the jobsite and fully understand the scope of work.
This JSA shall be discussed by all involved parties including SA Operations, SA Maintenance and contractor
Pre-Task and subcontractor employees.
Briefing/Toolbox Talk This JSA shall be used as a guide by the contractor supervisor in preparation of safety/toolbox talk, which
will also be held daily prior to starting the job.
All workers to be made aware of their immediate working environment, equipment and associated risks.

Safety officer and permit receiver shall conduct TBT to explain about heat related illnesses and ensure that
workers are clearly understood.
Designated shaded break/rest areas shall be provided.
Cool drinking water shall be provided in the working area.
Heat Stress Always follow heat stress procedures.
Workers shall drink plenty of water on a frequent basis based on the actual heat index at the job site
Work and rest rotations shall be based on the actual heat index at the work site.
