works at percentage(s), above/below/At par the Schedule of Rates of Eastern Railway Corrected
upto latest correction slips of Howrah Division under Zone Contract Agreement here-in before
referred to:

The Works herein mentioned are required to be completed on or before 30/06/2024 (Date).The
quantities provided herein are approximinate and subject to variation under Clause 42 of the
Standard General condition of Contract corrected upto latest correction slips.

Slips.
I also agree to maintain such works for the period specified below from the date of
completion:
