    Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the


    affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
    of the impugned Judgment dated 13.08.2024 in OP (Others) No.1504/2023 of
    the Family Court, Punalur pending disposal of this appeal.

    This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application


    and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
    of M/S.JOHNSON GOMEZ, SANJAY JOHNSON, JOHN GOMEZ, DEEBU R., ABIN JACOB

    The execution of the decree against the appellant will stand

    stayed on condition that he furnishes security to the satisfaction of

    the learned Family Court, Punalur, for the entire decree debt, along

    with interest, within a period of one month from today. If any

    property of the appellant has been attached and it is without any

    other encumbrance, the same can also be offered.
