    RE: NINETY (90) DAYS STATUTORY NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SUE.

    We are graciously acting for and on behalf of our client KIMELA TONGE (hereinafter
    referred as our Client) to address you on the matter as we hereby proceed,

    1. That, Our Client is the lawful owner of Plot No. 57 Block Q, Sinza Area, Ubungo
    Municipality, Dar es Salaam.
    2. That, on 3rd March 2023 you issued a general notice requiring 120 residents of Sinza
    Area including Our Client to demolish their buildings and give vacant possession to
    the government within 14 days from the day of the notice.
    3. That, the notice did not give any consideration to prompt and fair compensation to
    Our Client.
    4. Due to that Our Client and his family has suffered psychological harm and loss of
    business.

    TAKE NOTICE THAT, this is a statutory notice to inform you that Our Client intends to
    institute a suit before the competent court for this blatant act if you fail to heed the due
    process of law for acquisition of land.

    WE THEREFORE, as a matter of respecting the governmental plans we suggest that you


    comply with the due process of the law compensation inclusive to Our Client before the
    acquisition.
