A – Below, you can see some of the names of the scholars that we have covered in our

etc of that scholar. (20 pts)
Dewey Feuerstein Piaget Vygotsky Bruner Kelly

1- My favorite scholar is Noam Chomsky because his theories, ideas are very logical to
me. The Innatist perspective is related to his ideas. He says that children are
biologically programmed for language learning and that language develops in the child
in just same way that other biological functions develop. Starting from this, I think
that every child learns to walk so long as adequate reasonable freedom of movement is
provided. We dont have to teach him or her to walk. Language acquisition resembles
this I think because in language acquisition, the environment plays only a basic role.
Chomsky’s hypothesis is that all human languages are based on some innate universal
principles. This Universal Grammar(UG) is a certain set of structural rules are innate to
humans, independent of sensory experience. Also he concluded that children’s minds
are not blank slates to be filled by imitating language they hear in the environment.
There is something to discover for themselves the underlying rules of a language
system. This system is Language Acquisition Device(LAD), a black box in the brain
containing all the principles which are universal to all human languages. I strongly
agree these sentences. When we think about reflexive pronouns, it seems that they
would be very hard to learn and children do make errors along the way.But some
school-age children would be able to correctly interpret the grammatical sentences and
recognize the ungrammaticality of the others. And also We can add these informations
that there is a link CPH and LAD. CPH is The Critical Period Hypothesis. The
hypothesis that animals, including humans are genetically programmed to acquire
certain kinds of knowledge and skill at specific times in life.

all know the answers quite well. From your response papers, I am familiar with your
sentences. That means I can understand when you do copy-paste or paraphrasing.
Before you upload your word.doc., check spelling and give the name of the document as
your name and surname. Each person should write her/his own assignment alone. Peer
or group work will be considered as cheating.
