Location: Bucharest, Romania

What will you do?

In this role, you will be part of a team developing network intelligence and management
software solutions in the telecommunications field.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively participating in creating the architecture, designing, and implementing of the


software products
• Understanding of detailed functional specifications
• Complying with the standards and procedures (architecture, security, quality,
documentation)
• Providing effort estimations for new features
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise during the development process.
• Conducting performance tests and improving the system

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has the following:


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar degree
• Proven experience of 3+ years with Java
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge of the Spring Framework modules: Spring Web, Spring Core, Spring
Security
• Knowledge of relational database (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL database principles
(e.g. Cassandra, Elastic search) would be appreciated
• Experience with Git, Bash, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar
• Familiarity with Docker
• Familiarity with build tools – ANT, Maven, Gradle for example
• Basic understanding of Ethernet Networking aspects.
• Familiarity with messaging-based solutions (Kafka is a plus).
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate.
• Proactive and independent.
• Meticulous and focused on code quality.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
