    Stray round of counselling is being conducted for vacant seats in Paramedical Masters Courses. To
    participate in this round of Counselling; the candidates have to register online as per schedule and then
    report in person at the counselling campus for seat allotment at specified time on the specified dates.

    Note: No Direct Admission by any college will be permitted.

    Eligibility for Stray Round


    Following candidates will be eligible to participate in Stray round of counselling
    • All qualified candidates who have not participated in Round 1 and Mopup round.
    • All qualified candidates who have participated in Round 1 and Mopup round of counselling and
    have not been allotted any seat in any college.
    • Qualified Candidates who have been allotted a seat and have not been admitted.
    • Qualified Candidates who have taken Admission in a College and have resigned from the allotted
    College on or before 16.08.2024.
    Following candidates will be NOT be eligible to participate in Stray round of Counselling
    • Candidates who have been allotted a seat and have been Admitted by Allotted College.
    • Candidates who have been Admitted by Allotted College and resigned after 16.08.2024.
    Registration Process
    Online Registration for counselling will be done by candidate through the official CPET 2024 website -
    www.abvmuup.edu.in. The registration process is as follows:
    1. Eligible candidates will be able to register for counselling through their existing log-in (Same as used at
    the time of filling the Application form). To log into the portal candidates should visit
    www.abvmuup.edu.in and log in using their CPET 2024 Registration ID and Password.
    2. During registration, all primary information like Candidate Name, Father’s Name and Mother’s Name
    will be automatically pre-filled as submitted by the candidate during CPET 2024 registration.
    3. The candidate can update Date of Birth (DOB), Gender and Category at the time of registration.
    4. Candidates who had marked Appearing in UG Paramedical examination during the application process
    have to update the UG Paramedical marks.
    5. Candidates will also have to upload the
    a. Highschool certificate (Class 10th) and
    b. 12th Standard examination (10+2) Intermediate mark sheet/ statement of marks.
    c. Bachelors Course degree along with mark sheet
    6. All the candidates have to mandatorily deposit
    a. INR 500/- as Counselling Registration Fee online (Non-Refundable).

    b. Seat Confirmation Fee of INR 40000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) to ABVMU UP by Credit/Debit Card
    or Demand Draft Only at the Counselling Venue before seat allotment.
    c. The Demand Draft should be made in favour of “ABVMU Common Paramed Entrance Test 2024”
    payable at Lucknow.
    d. The candidates who have already submitted Seat Confirmation Fee are not required to re-submit Seat
    Confirmation Fee.
    This amount will be transferred to the allotted college and adjusted against tuition fee after completion
    of the counselling and admission process.
    7. Candidates should take a printout of Stray Round of Counselling Registration Form and Verification Form which
    has to be submitted at the time of Reporting at the Counselling Venue.
    8. The seat allotment to the candidates will be done strictly in order of merit at the Counselling Venue.
    9. The candidates are required to carry all the original certificates/ documents along with them, failing which they
    will not be eligible for counselling and admission.
    10. All the candidates should have Medical Fitness Certificate (issued by Government Medical College/District
    Hospital/District CMO) at the time of Counselling, failing which they will not be eligible for counselling and
    admission.
    11. List of Self-attested one set photocopy of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited at the
    counselling venue:
    I. One colored Passport size photograph
    II. Photo ID proof (Aadhar card/Voter ID card/Driving license etc.)
    III. Verification sheet uploaded at the time of filling the application.
    IV. Passing Certificate/Mark sheet/Statement of marks of 12thclass (10+2)/equivalent examination from a
    recognized Board.
    V. Certificate from the Board showing the Date of Birth. (Class 10th Passing Certificate)
    VI. UG Paramedical Marksheets.
    VII. Migration/Transfer Certificate.
    VIII. Medical Fitness Certificate
    IX. The candidate should also bring the following certificate(s), if applicable:
    a. SC/ST caste Certificate issued by the competent authority (Tehsildar) of Uttar Pradesh only.
    b. OBC/EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority issued on or after 1st April 2024. The category should
    be mentioned in the List of OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) of Uttar Pradesh.

    12. After the seat allotment and acceptance, if any candidate is not taking admission in allotted college
    and allotted seat, the Seat Confirmation Fee (INR 40000/-) will be forfeited.
    13. There is no facility for on spot registration.
    14. In case of any legal dispute the jurisdiction will be at Judicature of Allahabad High Court at its
    Lucknow Bench only.
