0.3 m projected above ground) established centrally & mandatorily with at least
12 hrs observation at the proposed Land extent. Here the precision should be 1:
30000
 The other Secondary Control Point (i.e. with precision level as 1:20000 ) and
Tertiary Control Point (i.e. with precision level as 1:10000 ) shall be established
at an desired intervals as mandated by Engineer – In –Charge ( i.e. indicatively
1 to 3 KM interval ) .

permanent objects using DGPS equipment uniformly distributed over the project
area to facilitate topographical survey for capturing all physical features,
topographical, demographical features mandatorily.
 Demarcation of boundary by concrete pillars with the help of FMBs and
coordinates from reference pillars to each and every boundary points by DGPS
and preparation of Auto-CAD drawings of draft layout plan superimposed in FMB
Map and Contour map as per requirement of APIIC.

global co-ordinate on the pillar/GCP with the help of DGPS (Differential Global
Positioning System)
 Plot boundary points by concrete pillars with the help of DGPS from the
reference pillar.
 Preparation of Auto-CAD drawing of the layout plots including roads, drainage
network, Electrical, water supply and junction points and allow other prevailing
