Purpose of role
We are looking to hire a passionate, hard-working, and capable individual to join TVSM as Senior Engineer for the role of Territory
Manager.
You will report to Area Manager-Sales who will mentor you through the journey of Sales Strategies
Scope of work
• Achieve retail sales volume & establish best in class customer experience
• Consistent business growth by improving the network (AMD/AD) productivity, expansion and working capital management
• Continuous focus on dealer development through robust daily work management, people development and digital initiatives at
dealerships
Role Description
Eligibility
• Full-time B. Tech / B.E candidates with the above skillsets shall apply.
• Candidates with aligned passion for two-wheelers from any discipline is preferred.
• Projects and internships in the relevant domain are expected.

Purpose
• Achieve retail sales & market share for the territory
• Ensure customer satisfaction and dealership standards
Role Description
• Connect with the customer
o Implement CRM to understand customer lifecycle journey.
o Understanding customer insight
• Generate demand
o Plan and execute effective demand generation, RF and RMP activities and monitor efficacy.
o Plan and Train manpower on regular basis
o Effectively communicate market dynamics
o Explore SHG and other ways of DG
o Maintain resale value at par or better than market leader.
• Enable finance
o Prospect & activate local Tie-ups with Banks/NDFC/ Private financiers.
o Implement effective recovery management process (RMP)
• Expand network
o Identify all potential markets
o Plan for productive effective network
o Network planning based on market requirements, competition and appoint.
• Ensure dealer viability.
o Ensure dealership standards (Corporate identity, DMS, MP, SE) by regular audit
o Understand break even volumes for dealer
o Implement changes to improve ROI
• Acquire market intelligence.
o Collect market information, competitor numbers, industry size
o Information on permit status, govt regulations
o Understand the finance matrix of competition, and pricing of competition
o Customer insights of competition's customers
• Manage relationships.
o Develop good relationship with various business partners like dealers, banks, NBFC, Consultants, private financiers, Self-
help group and govt officials
o Leverage the relationships with better negotiation and achieve win-win situations
o Establish network with the unions and govt dept
o Liaison with govt officials and SHG to understand the govt schemes and procedures in getting bulk orders
• Analyze lost opportunities.
o Prepare leakage analysis
o Conversion analysis - Enquiry to booking to retail
• Training
o Train dealer salesmen on products, objection handling, activity management , installation, finance and RMP
• Achieve weekly retail plan
o Maintain appropriate stocks at dealership
o Plan retail for month based on policy deployment and market potential
