JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our
team. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our client
base. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses strong communication
and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
● Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email
campaigns, networking events, and social media.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs
and requirements.
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
and objectives.
● Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and
presentations for prospective clients.
● Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
● Track and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
and optimization.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor
activities.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to
promote our products and services.
● Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on
customer insights and market feedback.
Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.


● Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
and establish trust with clients.
● Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
● Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
● Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

DURATION AND SCHEDULE:

● Probation Period: 2 months


● PPO: 3.0LPA (Fixed Pay) + 4LPA (Incentives)
● OJT Period (On Job Training ): 7days (Unpaid)
● Salary during probation: ₹15000 (Base Pay) + ₹10,000 (Incentives)
