Eggstra Smoothie is a startup business offering a unique and refreshing egg


smoothie beverage that caters to a broad market which includes health-conscious
consumers looking for a nutritious and flavorful drink option. Our shake is made with
healthy ingredients, including fresh fruits and high-protein eggs. Our target market
includes students and employees at any age inside Green Valley College and
NDMU- IBED. We anticipate high demand for our product due to the growing trend of
healthy eating. Our marketing strategy will primarily rely on social media and word-
of-mouth referrals to promote our product.Our mission is to be part of peoples lives
by bringing nutritious egg smoothie. We will provide quick, safe, and tasty drinks at
an affordable price. Our vision is to be one of the leading nutritious drink business in
the community by providing good quality food products and excellent services to
customers.

Our financials project a positive cash flow within the first year of operation, with a
projected revenue of $ [insert estimated revenue amount] and an estimated net profit

II. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

We are a start-up business build through partnerships which consist of six


members. At Eggstra Smoothie we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way how our
community enjoys drinking such beverages, not just drinking a delicious smoothie
but also drinking a healthy one. We came with this business as we noticed other
business almost in the area sells beverages that contains more processed
ingredients than healthy ones. Our business will be located near the Green Valley
College where there’s a high demand of market. Our Egg Smoothie is combined with
the wholesome goodness of smooth ice, ripe bananas, fresh pineapples, creamy
milk, lime, white sugar, and farm-fresh eggs. This delightful blend creates a
delicious, full of protein and energizing drink that stands out in a market saturated
with processed alternatives.

Eggstra Smoothie aims to create a positive change in dietary habits by offering a


refreshing alternative to traditional shakes, which often rely heavily on processed
ingredients. With our commitment to quality and community, we are not just selling
smoothies we are promoting a lifestyle of health and wellness.

Our egg smoothie is designed for everyone in the Green Valley College and
NDMU- IBED community, specifically for individuals aged 7 and above including
students, faculty, and other staff. Both genders are targeted, with males often
more inclined toward high-protein options for fitness, while females may be
interested in egg smoothies for energy, weight management, and overall health.
Both students and working professionals are typically part of a fast-paced,
dynamic lifestyle. They often juggle various responsibilities such as academics,
work, social activities, and personal well-being. Due to their active schedules, they
seek convenient, on-the-go food options that support their health and productivity.
We also prioritize accessibility, ensuring that even minimum wage earners can
enjoy a refreshing and satisfying drink without breaking their wallet. Whether
you’re rushing between classes or taking a break from work, our egg smoothie
offers a delightful option for all members of the community.

Smoothie,” ensuring smooth workflows, quality control, and
efficient service. She is responsible for managing the team,
inventory, scheduling, and resolving any operational issues.
Cashier/Financial Manages the cash register and financial tracking for “Eggstra
Manager Smoothie.” This includes handling customer payments,
overseeing daily sales reports, managing budgets, and tracking
expenses
Marketing Manager leads the marketing efforts, developing strategies to build
brand awareness, attract customers, and grow the business.
Server 1 Known for his friendly demeanor, Junsan excels at customer
interactions and brings energy to the team.

Product Description
Our Egg Smoothie is a delicious blend of wholesome ingredients, carefully crafted
to deliver both nutrition and flavor. It features smooth ice for a refreshing, creamy
texture, ripe bananas that add natural sweetness and essential potassium, and fresh
pineapples that contribute a tropical zest and a boost of vitamin C. Creamy milk
enhances the richness and provides extra protein, while a splash of lime juice lends
a refreshing tang that balances the sweetness. A hint of white sugar is added to
enhance the flavor without overpowering the natural sweetness from the fruits. The
highlight of our smoothie is the farm-fresh eggs, offering a rich source of high-quality

Our unique selling point is our Egg smoothie S1 and S2 a healthy and energizing
