Tell me about yourself?

I recently graduated with the degree in business management, major in marketing management, from
Cavite state university of Silang campus. During my final year, I completed 600-hours internship at
Figtree Companies, where I served as marketing assistant. In this role, I supported the marketing team
by creating a marketing calendars for the month of May and June. This experience enhanced my skills in
data entry database management using Microsoft word and excel. Additionally, I gained valuable
experience in social media management, which included photo editing and making a caption. My
responsibilities also involved organizing documents and sometimes I experienced having transactions
with clients through phone call and messaging platforms.

Why did you want to be in this position?

I am eager to challenge myself with new experiences that I have not yet explored. Additionally, I aim to
grow personally and further enhance the skills I currently possess.

What is your expected salary?

Actually, I do not have a specific expected salary, but I would hope for something around 15K per

How do you handle stress and pressure?

I handle stress by staying organized and managing my time well. I break task into smaller steps and set
deadlines to avoid feeling overwhelmed. When I feel stressed, I take short breaks and practice deep
breathing to help me refocus. I also talk to my team when facing challenges, as discussing issues can
lead to solutions. Lastly, I make sure to maintain a good work-life balance by engaging in activities I
enjoy outside of work, which helps me recharge and stay productive.

What is your career goal?

Currently, I do not have a specific career goal, as I prefer to focus on personal growth and development
until I can enhance the areas where I feel I am lacking. I aim to improve step by step, taking each
moment as an opportunity for growth.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In 5 years, I see myself as a knowledgeable and experienced professional having taken on greater
responsibilities within the organization while continuing to learn and grow personally and professionally.
What are your strengths?

One of my greatest strengths is my attention to detail, which I developed during my internship and even
in college school works. I ensure that I produce high-quality work and minimize errors. Additionally, I am
highly organized and efficient in using Microsoft office, which enables me to manage tasks and project
effectively. Lastly, I am adaptable and open to change, allowing me to thrive in dynamic environments
and quickly learn new processes or technologies. Together, these strengths enable me to any team and
achieve project goals.

What are your weaknesses?

One of my weaknesses is my writing skills, particularly my penmanship. I recognized that clear and
legible writing is important in many professional settings. To address this, I have been actively working
to improve my writing skills by practicing regularly and using tools that enhance clarity, such as typing
instead of handwriting when appropriate.

I want to work on a team environment and collaborating with them. I believe that call center encourage
teamwork to have a smooth operations and customer satisfaction which something I’m excited to be
