How To Access Student Portal and View Student Marks 1
Step 1: www.roehampton.ac.uk
You will then be required to enter your University of Roehampton email address and your login
password.
If you are unable to login, please contact IT Services or you can use the password self-service
(URPass) if you have registered with URPass. You can use this service at any time if you forget your
password, need to change your password or are locked out of your account.
On the first page of your student profile there is a guidance on resits (see below) – please note this
information is for the main Campus students ONLY and if you are a QAHE student you can enquire
about resit/ retake information by sending an email to your Head of Year, refer to Moodle or send an
email to: [email protected]

Please note that some marks are still provisional and may change. Provisional marks have ‘#’ next to
the mark.
Step 5:
On the page ‘How to read your Student Academic Profile’ in section 1 it advises you to give
corrected contact details via Student Zone. Please note this applies to main Campus students ONLY.
QAHE students to send an email to [email protected] for changes in address or for other items.

This section shows how many credits you are registered for and how many you have achieved so that
you are able to monitor your success. You need to be registered for enough credits each year to
enable you to have the opportunity to progress.
This shows you the detailed outcomes of your academic performance including work that you have
failed and passed. It is important that you understand this section in terms of your academic
progress.
Module code: The module code and title reflect the modules you have studied /are studying
and when they were studied.
Sub /Component: Beneath the module we are displaying the item assessed. E.g.
coursework, exam, portfolio
Mark: the module mark or grade that you have obtained for the piece of work shown to the
left
