V. Promotion
In order to promote the business, digital flyers wherein the business name, the products, and
the prices will be found will be sent to the students. They will be informed about the schedule on
when will the stalls open. Pre-orders will also be accepted for faster and smother transactions.
Word of mouth can also help promote the business. The more the people will talk about it, the
more potential buyers to be gained.
VI. People (Target Market)
The target market will be mostly from junior high school which includes grade 7 to grade 10.
The faculty and staff will also be included. The elementary students and the parents can also be
potential buyers.

VIII. Process and Procedure


A. Graham Ball
- Crushed graham will be poured in a mixing bowl and then the condensed milk will be
added. Mix it until they will have a dough-like texture. Now, it can be formed into a ball
using hands then it will be flattened to put the marshmallow in the middle and coat it with
the graham. Form it in a ball again and roll it on crushed graham before putting it to small
cupcake liner.
B. Breaded Hotdog
- The hotdogs will be cooked first. They will be sliced into two or three pieces. Cheese will
also be sliced into chunks. Beating two eggs comes next. Bread crumbs will be putted on
a plate. Sliced of bread will be flattened. Once all ingredients are ready, the hotdog and
cheese will be wrapped into the flattened bread. Then this will be dipped into the egg
then on the bread crumbs. It will be deep fried until golden brown.
C. Chocolate Palamig
- The container will be filled with water. The chocolate powder will be putted in a smaller
container first then it will be dissolved on hot water. Once it is all dissolved, the
chocolate mixture can now be poured in the water. Once its mixed, ice will be added
next.
