（Roll to Roll）
1. Install PM

Prepare for Installing：


1-1：Install Term:Pls confirm that your PC has installed DotNetFrameWork V4.0，If not,it
will remind that setup when installing.

1-2：Open the install file,click the left red button and install according to the promote.

1-2-1, Pls click the red button and choice “Install as administration”or “Install as Senior
administration”if your PC is WIN7 or WIN 8.

1-2-”2,
Win 8 system need set”Prohibit driver sign” before installation.
Way to set”Prohibit driver sign”
1.Enter the “shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 00”in the “Run” order in the PC and click”Ok”,then the PC will restart.
2.Choose “FAQ””Advanced Options””Boot Settings””Restart “when restart it.
3.Restart the PC again and choose “7)”Prohibit driver mandatory sign”
4.Restart the PC and finish ”Prohibit driver sign”
1-2-3 Install PM
Install PM step by step according to the guide.

1-3，PM sign show on PC desk after installed.


1-4:Run：

Pls right click when you want to run PM and choose ““Install as administration”or “Install as
Senior administration”

1-5Unload PM
Pls unload the old version PM first and then install the new version.

1-6(Brief)Running PM and occur to following reason:

1 Printer did not turn on


2 USB connection abnormal(USB has not connected or stub)

2.Interface Introduction
2.1 Normal PM starting as following

2-2 Icon Brief：

：Add ：Cancel

：Printing ：Stop or Recover


：Stop ：Nozzle Check

：Clean thead ：Single head clean

：X axis movement ：Set the carriage current position as original printing point

：Y axis movement ：Statement of PM running

： Carriage back to original position Edit

： Original X（CM） ： Pass

：Step :Carriage speed

3．Software setting
3-1 Assistance
Click：Main menu-Assistant-About-Achieve factory set code

SW version：PM version
MB version：Main board version，Manufacture ID and Factory setting code:004F0400
MT version：DSP version
HB version：Carriage board version
ID：40911 Core board version
Limit time：Permanent（time unlimited）
Elapsed time：6Hour(0hour running)
Language：English
Limit ink：Not limit ink
C Printed ink0(L): C ink off
M Printed ink0(L): M ink off
Y Printed ink0(L): Y ink off
K Printed ink0(L) : K ink off
3-2 PM Parameter Setting
3-2-1：Turn off PM,right click PM-open file setting FactoryWrite.exe

3-2-2 Click factory data

Code:Factory ID(004F0400),click Verify,enter factory interface


3-3 Enter factory setting interface

Color：Layout color
Group：One complete color group
Width：Max printing width(cm)
Head Type）：RICOH and EPSON
Print Head in right：Pitch on is right original instead of left original.。
Support Lcd：Support LCD
One Head Two Color:One Head Two Color:
Color Space：C axis distance between two heads(cm)
Group Space：Y axis distance between two heads(cm)
Y Space ：Head dislocation space(cm)
Angle：Head bias angle,especially for low resolution head and to improve the resolution
White Color Num：White
Coat Color Num：Coat

3-4PrinterHWSetting

1. X coder DPI：DPI is related to Raster bar，180DPI raster bar choose as720DPI；150DPI raster bat choose
as 600DPI,
2.Head direction:Click means install head positive
3. Manufacture and printer name:(Enter Senior code on the LCD is the The first two letters of manufacture)
（Can change the name of manufacture so that change the enter code to the senior mode :sample change as
0)
4. Y splice：Y splice as 2 if one head has one color,if head has 2colors.choose as 1
5. 5. Max group：Keep date as group date in the factory data .
6. Group Rank:Pls choose Y splice and Y toy if the head is two line heads.
7.Color sequence，When the color order and head installation are reverse,it need do the positive value and
conversely it need as positive value.

3-5Click “Done” and choose the data as Edit in the Spinner


Click”OK” and restart the printer according to the brief

3-6 .Clean Parameter

Click “Read” and all date will show


Setting as ink stack mainly and same function as Epson Debug Tool

4. Print edit and print


4-1 Click”Add”，Choose prt or prn

4-2 Statement:The yellow electorate show the statement as printing,it will change as the different printing
statement
4-3．Printing preview and edit
1：Work in Preview :Show printing edit and preview

Click cut:Cutting can choose printing area


Click reverse printing Y axis can printing reverse
Click collage:Set the cut area and amount of printing

The brown zone in the right show the prt/prn file information and position
4-4. Setting:Main menu -Setting-Edit
（1）Printing

Automatic skip white：X axis white


White skip ： Add the x axis movement white skip time and good for drying ink on media and taken up
Printing distance;Distance between two printing work(cm)
（2）Feather：

X：Original(cm)
Width：Max printing width(cm)
Measure back gauge:Spacer

（4）Clean setting：

Automatic cleaning：Pass automatic cleaning


Automatic cleaning mode(Strong Middle Weak Filling)
（5）Head parameter：

Range of color adjustment:（+50% to -50%,adjust the wave of head macroscopical


（6）Color Bar Setting

Distance:Color channel distance(cm)


Width:Color bar width(cm)
Color bar position:（two sides left right none）
Common :Separate color bar printing
Color overlapping:Color overlapping printing
Same height as photo:Same height between color channel and photo
（7）Fix Color Sequence:Revise the chromatic aberration by the reverse printing on X axis in a way
4-6. My Setting
Viewing Mode:Set the main menu showing mode(Standard,Wide screen,Old window)
Hot Folder:
1,All PRT/PRN file saved under Hot Folder can be read and loaded automatically by PM
2,The Hot Folder can be realized on network printing if share it.

Printing Area recording:Record the Printing area
