Our group manage to build this Business where in our Legal Structure is a
Corporation.A group of individuals known as incorporators creates corporations
by dividing ownership into stock shares. A board of directors is chosen by the
shareholders to supervise the officers who run the business on a daily basis.

Banana Chips business requires capital for equipment, raw materials, and
operating expenses.
Funding sources could include personal savings, loans from family or
friends, or business loans from banks or credit unions.

Product or Services
A banana chip, or banana crisp is the deep-fried or dried normally crispy slice of
banana. It usually consists of a slice from firmer, starchier banana varieties known as
"cooking bananas, " or plantains, such as the saba and Nendran cultivars.
Features of Mr. Banana chips are thinly sliced bananas either lengthwise or crosswise.
The slices are deep fried in hot oil and packed in tightly sealed pouches. They come in
sweetened or salted flavors and others with banana essence. The product is crispy,
golden yellow in color with a characteristic flavor and aroma of banana. The benefits of
Mr. Banana Chips, can also provide several important vitamins and minerals. In
particular, some types of healthy potato chips can provide potassium, pantothenic acid,
vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and manganese.
Customers would like crisp, tasty banana chips with low added sugar and artificial
ingredients. The snack should win their hearts and be healthy so that they can easily

My group and I started a business near Filipino communities which made it easy
for our business to be recognized in many places because banana chips are
easy to make and taste delicious.
Our target customers are foreigners, especially those who haven’t tasted Filipino
made banana chips.
We also target student who are looking for affordable snacks, as well as students
who are looking for alternative food options like our banana chips.
My friends and I started a simple business to attract attention from many people
and make our business known. We did our best to establish this business,
dedicating our time to building it and our business is still growing. I made the
decision that our target customers are students and employees of other
companies. I asked if they agreed with my decision, and they did.

We choose this place to be the location of our business because we see

CONCLUSIONS
SUMMARY/CONCLUSION:
We decided to make a product named Sweet Crunch; it is made out of bananas,
and it's also known as banana chips. We wanted to give them a quality, healthy,
and affordable snack or can be also a dessert. Aside from it, as a Filipinos, we
don't just want to be recognized here in the Philippines but also to other countries
around the world. As low as 40 pesos, you can have a sweet, delicious and
crunchy banana chips. Since this a new growing business, we decided to have a
mini-stall on the 1st Floor of Ever Commonwealth, which we think can help us to
be recognized by so many people.
