stamped securely fixed to the Chemical Injection with SS wire. Body to be clearly marked with an arrow indicated
direction flow.
2. VENDOR to confirm material suitable for the fluid at design process data.
3. All inspection, testing, certificate, and general requirements shall be complied with Doc. No. KNT-002-TS-PI1-SP-
002_Specification for Manual Valves and KNT-002-TS-PI1-SP-004_Specification for Piping Special Items.
4. Quill length to middle header pipe (refer typical drawing on page 9 of 10), VENDOR to calculate and advise design of
injection quill shall be such that it does not vibrate and chatter in service condition.
5. Raised Face (RF) flange end connections shall have surface roughness between 3.2 µm and 6.3 µm to ASME B16.5
6. VENDOR shall furnish detail cross section, assemblies’ drawings with fully dimensions and weight.
7. VENDOR to confirm stem length to suitable with insulation thickness
