    END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

    This agreement applies to the purchased (�Product�) from the (�Affect3D Store�)
    (http://store.affect3d.com), by the (�Buyer�). The (�Author�) is the creator or
    authorized copyright holder of the Product.

    TERMS APPLICABLE TO THE AUTHOR

    The (�Author�) retains all copyright to all files contained within this electronic
    (�Product�).
    The Author holds the Affect3D Store not liable of any copyright infringement and
    hereby confirms
    under penalty of perjury, that he or she is the copyright owner or authorized agent
    to the copyright of all files included with the Product.

    TERMS APPLICABLE TO THE BUYER

    LICENSE TERMS
    The Author grants the ('Buyer') a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
    to use the contents of the purchased and downloaded file ('Product') for personal,
    non-commercial use only. The Buyer may not copy, sell, alter, create derivative
    works, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, rent, make accessible in private
    or public or transfer to a third party the Product in whole or in part without
    permission from the Author. The Buyer may make a backup copy for personal use and
    not violating any of the terms above. This license remains in effect indefinitely
    unless the Buyer has violated any of the terms herein, in which case the Buyer must
    cease usage of the Produce and delete all file related to the Product including
    backups.

    REFUNDS
    All sales are final and non-refundable. The Affect3D Store does aim to maintain
    high satisfaction. If the Buyer is not satisfied s/he should contact the Author to
    have any issues resolved. If the Buyer is still not satisfied s/he must contact
    [email protected] to request a refund, subject to Affect3D Store�s refund
    policies and Affect3D Store staff�s and the Author�s discretion.

    WARRANTY
    THE PRODUCT IS LICENSED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND TO THE BUYER
    INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
    OF THE PRODUCT, FITNESS FOR THE BUYER'S PURPOSE OR INFORMATIONAL CONTENT OR
    ACCURACY. THE BUYER AGREES THAT THE AFFECT3D STORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER
    OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS,
    OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER
    UNDER THE LICENSE OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE AFFECT3D STORE WAS ADVISED OF THE
    POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT.

    INDEMNIFICATION
    The Buyer hereby agrees to indemnify the Affect3D Store, its owners and staff and
    hold them harmless in every way possible, including costs and lawyer's fees, from
    and against any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action of whatever
    kind or nature and resulting settlements, awards, or judgments resulting from any
    breach by the Buyer of the License. This indemnity shall survive the termination of
    the License.
