    Eligibility: Only Punjab State Players can participate, Rated or
    Unrated both can participate; Boy or Girl both can participate with age
    stipulation.
    Entry Fee: Rs.1200/-up to 03rd Dec, 2024 after that Rs.150/- Late fee
    will be charged up to 05th Dec, 2024 at 1800 Hrs. after that no any entry
    will be accepted.
    System of Play: Tournament will play only one mixed category with
    Boys & Girls no any separate category for Girls, with six rounds of Swiss
    System.
    Prizes will be distributed separately for boys and girls in
    main prizes only.
    Age Proof: Each participant must produce a valid certificate to
    prove his /her age. Certificates from School will not be accepted.
    Certificates should preferably be from The Panchayat, Municipality
    or Corporation obtained soon after birth. Players without date of
    birth certificates will not be allowed to participate. The date of birth
    certificates registered within one year of the birth of the player alone
    will be recognized and allowed to participate. No District association
    shall recommend any player who doesn’t come under the above
    criteria.

    Number of Rounds: Six

    Grace Time or Default time arriving at Chess Board:


    15 Minutes.

    AICF Registration: Player should be register with AICF for 2024-25 to


    participate in this event without registration of AICF is not allow to play.
    Players those have already AICF Id or Fide ID they can renewal own
    Registration with AICF at https://prs.aicf.in/players & those are new players

    PSCA Registration: PSCA Registration Rs.100/- is must for 2024-25 for all
    the Players.

    Time Control: 30 minutes plus 30 second increment from move.no.01

    Electronic Devices and Watches: No any electronic device and all type of
    wrist watches are not allowed in the tournament hall.

    Protest: Protest, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made
    in writing with a protest fee of Rs 1,000/- within 20 minutes of the occurrence
    of the incident. The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld.

    Appeals Committee: Before the commencement of the tournament, a five-


    member appeals committee shall be formed by the PSCA/organizers. All the
    members and reserves shall be from different Districts. No member of the
    Committee can vote on a dispute in which a player from his own District is
    involved and, in such case(s) the reserve member(s) shall take his/her place in
    the committee.
    Parents & Accompanying Person: Parents and accompanying persons are not
    allowed inside tournament hall at all times.
    Certificates: Participation Certificate will be given to all the Participants.
