Photo, Award story and video footage consent form

This form records your consent for any photos, video footage, audio recordings (digital assets) and data capture
relating to you (or the child/dependent that you are legally responsible for if this form has been completed on behalf
of someone under 18) to be used by The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation ('the Foundation') and
its partners. We gather content like this to help promote the Award and demonstrate the benefits it brings for young
people and their wider communities. This form explains what we may do with these digital assets and how long we
will keep them on file.

How do I remove my consent?
I understand that I can withdraw consent at any time and/or object to use of my personal information being used for
marketing. These will be removed upon request, however, I understand it won’t be possible to remove photos which
have already been published, for example, in printed publications. I know I won’t be paid for allowing the digital
assets to be taken or used. I’m giving permission freely, and have no interest in the copyright of the assets. If I have
