1. Record some sample recordings according to the script below.


2. Label each recording based on scenario/section (e.g “Inbound Call – Telco - Greeting”)
3. Zip all recordings into 1 file and attach it to the reply email.

Things to note:

1. Try to minimize noise.


2. Use the tone/persona that you think is most suitable for each scenario.
