Consider a unit circle with center O, Let A be any point on the circle consider OA as the
initial side of an angle. Then the length of an arc of the circle will give the radian measure
of the angle which the arc will subtend at the centre of the circle.

A circle subtends on angle at the centre whose radian measure is 2𝜋 and it degree measure
is 360o

(A) Convert 240o into radian measure.


(B) A wheel makes 360 revolution in one minute. Through how many radians does it
turn in one second ?
(C) Convert (1.2)c into degree measure.

B) If he selects 2 History books, 1 Maths book and 1 Science book to arrange them then find
the number of ways in which selection can be made.
C) Find the number of ways, if the books of the same subject are put together.

arrangement is ?

Q. NO. 38. 5 boys and 5 girls are sitting in a music room in a row. Their sitting positions can be
anything.
