1.Applicants needs to submit the Questionnaire along with their Visa Application form.
2.Colour photocopies of all original documents needs to be submitted.
3.All pages of all travel documents both current & old should be photocopied in colour.
4.Applicants are requested to book the correct visa category according to their purpose of travel; if the purpose of travel and the
appointment booked is not matching the appointments will be void.
5.Service fees can be modified without any prior notification depending upon the exchange rate.
6.Travel documents should be valid for 6 months from the exit date from Ireland (Short Stay) and a minimum of one year for Long
Stay from intended date of arrival into Ireland.
7.Online form – AVATS is valid only for 30 days from the date of filling the form and if a customer cannot submit the visa application
within the time frame a new Visa Application needs to be submitted online.
8.Cancellation of an appointment is not possible; customers can only reschedule their appointment once after booking.
9.Visa Applications need to be submitted in person at the Ireland Visa Application Center in Abuja or Lagos with prior appointment
to that Centre.
10.All customers are expected to appear in person as they will be requested to give their Biometrics as part of the process.
