Job Title : Backend Developer

Location : Work From Home

Working Days :- 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Timings :- 9:30 am to 7 pm

Job Type :
• Full time employment with salary package between 2-5 LPA, after
completing internship of 100 working day.
• A stipend of 10k would be pay to you after the completion of 100
working days of internship.
Position Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and eager Backend Developer to join our
team. As an intern, you will gain practical experience in backend
development by working on real-world projects, assisting with the design
and implementation of server-side applications, and collaborating with
experienced developers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your
skills and contribute to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities :
1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power
our applications and platforms.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using backend
technologies and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby).
3. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing
elements with server-side logic.
4. Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data storage
solutions.
5. Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the
integrity and confidentiality of data.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server-side applications,
performance, and scalability.
7. Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions,
and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
8. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and
apply new knowledge to improve backend solutions.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and
methodologies.
Preferred Skills :
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio of
projects and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and collaboration skills
