    Dear Sir,

    With reference to the subject and the tender agreement cited above, we are pleased to
    inform you that the 20 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) has been successfully commissioned
    and has been operational since October 2023. Additionally, the 110 MLD Water Treatment Plant
    (WTP) was completed and commissioned in March 2024, though initially without the ozone unit.
    We are happy to report that the ozone unit was installed and successfully commissioned in July
    2024, and the entire system is now operating smoothly.

    Furthermore, we have laid and commissioned approximately 22 kilometers of Mild Steel


    (MS) pipes, which have been in operation since commissioning. The full system, comprising the
    STP, WTP, pumps and motors at the Tavarekere pump house, related works, and pipelines, is
    currently operated for 12 hours daily without any significant issues.

    In accordance with Tender Clause 61.1 (Page 0348), we respectfully request your office to
    take over the project for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the STP and TSPS,
    effective from 1st November 2023. Additionally, we request the takeover of the WTP at TG
    Halli, the Tavarekere pump house, and the pipelines, effective from 1st July 2024. These
    systems are fully operational and have been running as per the client's requirements without any
    notable issues, as stipulated in the tender agreement.

    Please note that the detailed equipment testing reports will be submitted in due course. In
    the interim, we kindly request your office to take over the Project for Operation and Maintenance.
