Schools can encourage their Students to appear in Big Bang Edge Test. Every School Principal

has the exclusive privilege to recommend a maximum of 21 Students (3 Students each

from Class V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI) and Big Bang Edge Test registration fee will be waived

off for these recommended Students. In case of a very big school, with a large number of

talented Students, desirous of recommending more than 21 Students, the school should

contact the nearest FIITJEE centre in writing. The final discretion, in this case, will remain

with the respective FIITJEE Centre Head / Centre Coordinator. Decision will be based on the

performance of that school in JEE Advanced, JEE Main, KVPY, Olympiads, SAT &

NTSE in the previous years.

 COVID, FIITJEE FEE
POLICY AND HELP FOR THE
AFFECTED FAMILIES – FAQS

1. What discount or fee benefit has FIITJEE extended to students / parents?

We could foresee in November 2019 how COVID may affect the lives of people physically,

emotionally and financially. We rolled back the 10% increase in fee. Further we have

not increased the fee next year and also not increased the fee this year. This means

our fee should have been 33% higher than what it is today if COVID was not there.

Or we can say the fee being charged from students is after a discount of ~24.8%.

2. Now since you are teaching online, your costs must be much lower.
Therefore, FIITJEE Fee must be much lower.

From Offline (in classroom) to Online, the only difference is classroom infrastructure.

We cannot do away with classroom infrastructure as Offline classes will start if not

this year then next year. Since online classes cannot compare with the offline classes

in effectiveness in learning, we need to be ready with infrastructure all the time.

Whenever the situation is near normal, we will start in person classes.

Besides, in case of online classes the time devoted by the teachers is almost double

of offline classes. Therefore, our cost of services has increased significantly in case of

online classes. We could have doubled the tuition fee to meet the increased expenses

but we have not done so. Further, as written above we have not increased our fee

for three sessions continuously. Overall, this is 50% savings for every student.

3. What support are you giving to students who have lost earning parents?

FIITJEE is committed to support the students who have lost their parent(s) to the

COVID-19 pandemic. Following are the benefits / concessions, in consonance with the

respective situation given below

Situation 1 : Student who has lost both the parents due to COVID-19 after March 2020 or

lost the only parent (other parent had earlier passed away or in case of a single parent).

3. Student will be required to procure the Tablet or laptop if not available, as specified

by the Company and pay MDM fee if applicable, while the implementation charges

shall be waived off.

Situation 3 : Student who has lost one parent who was an earning member, but the other

parent is still alive and is also earning.

1. 100% waiver on Tuition fee only.

2. All other fees are to be paid as per the respective fee structure.

Note 1 : Students will get selected through this Test, subject to; scoring above a minimum cut-off marks in
each subject. Based on the total marks scored in the test, a common merit list will be prepared. The
Students who do not clear the total cut-off marks and individual subject cut-off marks in the Test,
will not qualify for the final merit list. In case of Class VII, VIII, IX, X & XI; Scholarships (fee waivers) shall
be given on the basis of the Total Score of Paper 1 & Paper 2. To avail the scholarship (fee waivers),
Students will have to qualify the minimum cut-off in both the papers as well as the minimum cut-off
in each subject (subject total of both papers). In case of Class V & VI, Scholarships (fee waivers) shall
be given on the basis of Total Score. To avail scholarship (fee waivers), Students will have to qualify
the minimum cut-off in each subject.

Note 2 : The final discretion of awarding Fee waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel (Boarding & Lodging) in
each case, will remain with FIITJEE management and this decision will be final and binding on the
candidate.

Note 3 : Hostel fee concessions (if any) are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels / lodging & boarding

JEE Advanced, 2026 ; (b) Four Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2026 ; (c) Four Year Live
Online Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2026.

Note 7 : Students presently in Class VI and enrolled in FIITJEE's LITTLE GENIE - One Year Foundation Program
can register as a FIITJEE Student and they are entitled for benefits of Big Bang Edge Test on selection
& joining UDAYA - Two Year Classroom Program / Live Online Classroom Program.

Note 8 : FIITJEE Rankers Study Material (RSM), All India Test Series (AITS) & Jr. Rankers Study Material (JRSM)
Students joining a FIITJEE Classroom / Integrated School / Live Online Classroom Program will
be entitled for Fee waivers offered through this Exam. The course fee already paid for the current
Program will be adjusted and it will be based on the amount of services of RSM/ AITS/ JRSM given
to the student at the time of enrolment in a Classroom Program.

Note 9 (a) : The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever
shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration
proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator
shall be final & binding. It is further agreed that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be
known to any of the Directors or shareholders or may have been appointed as an arbitrator earlier
by the company shall not disqualify him. Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a
similar matter earlier shall also not render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be New
Delhi / Delhi.

Note 9 (b) : Subject to Note 9 (a) hereinabove, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in New Delhi /
Delhi Courts only.

General Terms & Conditions

Note 1 : If a Student appears in FIITJEE admission test (including Big Bang Edge Test) for the second time,
Scholarship (fee waivers) if awarded, in the latter test will be scaled down by one slab so that he /
she does not have any undue advantage over a fresh Student appearing for the first time.

Note 2 : FIITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any program, eligibility criterion, and course fee without
prior notice.

If a Student scores zero or negative marks in any subject of any paper,

FIITJEE has furnished hostel / lodging & boarding facility at the

Boarding & Lodging following FIITJEE centres viz. Delhi (South Delhi, North-West Delhi,
East Delhi & Dwarka Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal,

Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Ranchi, Vijayawada &
out-station Visakhapatnam which is available for MALE STUDENTS only, on the
basis of merit. The hostel expenditure to be borne by the Student
Students joining is approximately Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- per month on double
occupancy basis and varies from one hostel to another and city to
FIITJEE’s Classroom city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required without
prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging & boarding facility for
Programs.
FEMALE STUDENTS at select FIITJEE centres. Appropriate assistance
may be provided in locating paying guest accommodation for FEMALE
STUDENTS at other locations.

Students desirous of availing hostel facility are required to deposit

a sum of Rs. 7,500/- as refundable* security deposit along with two
months expenses in advance at the time of joining. Those desiring to
share the initial burden can opt for the option of depositing the two
months advance expenses for the last two months up to 60 days after
joining depending upon the program they are joining. Two months
advance will be adjusted in the last two months (March & April or April
& May) of the course completion year.

*Subject to terms & conditions and will be refunded by 15th July of the
course completion year.

Note 1 : FIITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any program, eligibility
criterion & course fee without prior notice.

Note 2 : The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and
differences of any nature whatsoever shall be referred to the Sole
Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with
the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and
Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The
award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further agreed
that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to
any of the Directors or shareholders or may have been appointed
as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him.
Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar
matter earlier shall also not render him disqualified. The seat of the
Arbitration will be New Delhi / Delhi.
