1. I've worked at my company for over one years and i don't love it here.

The problem is that


people don't make an effort to keep in touch together like they used to in the past.

2. Unfortunately, my new boss expose people in the the company because i feel she don't know
to operate an the good organisetion.

"to operate an the good organisetion" → changed to "how to run a well-organized


operation"

3. The issue is making my company a worse place to work because we can't support each other
and work together when every room is doing each for their self.

"every room" → changed to "each department": "Department" is more precise in a workplace


setting.
"each for their self" → changed to "only looking out for itself": This rephrasing is
grammatically correct and expresses the idea that departments are acting independently.

4. One idea to have sense of teamwork for people. This thing would be make it from line
manager.

5. It would also be good to develope this skill via organise the training course for all.

6. We could do this online if the company haven't enough budget for extra activities
