Drain:
1) Sump
2) Torque converter (remove cover, turn engine until drain plug becomes visible)
To remove dipstick tube plug break off locking plate [1] Fig. 114175and push out locking pin [2] Fig. 114175 Remove plug.
Fill transmission with 5,0 litres of ATF.
Ensure selector lever in 'P'. Start engine.
Check ATF level and top-up if necessary.
Select each gear several times, then return selector lever to 'P'.
Connect diagnostic equipment to check ATF temperature.
Start engine, allow to idle and check ATF level.
Dipstick ranges:
Cold range [A] Fig. 11417525°C approx.
Hot range [B] Fig. 11417580°C approx.
Accurate level check only possible at 80°C.

If oil cooler circuit drained:
Run engine until ATF temperature is 90°C.
Ensure thermostat opens and circuit is refilled.
Allow ATF to cool.
All models
Add 2,0 litres of ATF.
Select each gear several times, then return selector lever to 'P'.
Run engine until ATF has reached specified temperature.
With angled oil pan and white or green level tube = 45°C
Without angled oil pan and with black level tube = 35°C
When ATF drips from level tube the level is OK.
NOTE: To aid lubrication of transmission angled oil pan with white level tube must be used after removal of oil pan, if previous oil
pan was not angled and had a black level tube.
