1. This test aims to fulfil CLO1: Use appropriate project management software and
database application software in SDLC. (C3, PLO6)

2. The marks allocated for this test are 10% of the total marks.

3. Based on the information given on the question paper, using a personal computer with
MS Access: Database Management software installed, create a new data directory/
folder on your desktop and name it as your full name and student ID.
(Example of the file’s name: S1/S2/S3 STUDENT NAME (ID) – Sales Database
Management).

4. All answers can be obtained from the various reports in the data of the MS ACCESS
Database Management file.

5. Once you have completed the test, save the file in the data directory/folder that you
have created and submit your file ONLINE through Learning Management System
(LMS) at 11.15 AM on 6/04/2024.
