2. Candidates should check their Hall Ticket for the information furnished therein and in case of any discrepancy, it should be immediately reported to the
TRB, Chennai for necessary action.
3. The candidates appearing for the examination in their own interest, should check their eligibility in all respects so as to avoid disappointment if any at later
stage and their candidature for this examination is "PURELY PROVISIONAL".
4. Please note that this Hall Ticket does not constitute any offer of employment.
5. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF EXAMINATION CENTRE WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
6. No candidate will be allowed to enter into the Examination Hall after 09:30 a.m. and leave the Examination Hall before 01:30 p.m (for all candidates) and
2.00 p.m. (for PWD Candidates).
7. The candidate must bring this Hall Ticket to the Examination Centre. No candidate will be allowed entry without this Hall Ticket.
8. The candidate is also instructed to bring any one of the following Photo Identification Cards in original viz.
i. Voter Identity Card
ii. Passport
iii. PAN Card

9. No Candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after the gate closing time mentioned in the Hall Ticket.
10. The candidate will be supplied Question Booklet including rough sheets before the commencement of Examination.
11. In the attendance sheet the candidates should fill up the column for Attendance by shading with black ball point pen only and for the columns reading
OMR Answer Sheet number, Question Booklet serial Number and Question Booklet Series the candidate should fill by both writing and shading.
12. Possession or use of electronic devices such as Mobile phone, Micro phone or any other Associated Accessories, Calculator, Log Tables, Pager, Digital
Diary, Books, Electronic equipment or gadgets, etc., are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found in possession of any of these
devices/materials, their candidature is liable to be rejected. Also, the candidate should not bring any valuables to the Examination Centre and the Centre
shall not be responsible for their safe custody.
13. They should not wear belt, any ornaments, shoes, high heels, etc.
14. Candidates are not allowed to carry any printed or hand-written material except the Hall Ticket and Photo Identification Card inside the Examination Hall.
15. Candidates are requested to bring Only Transparent Black Ball Point Pen to fill up OMR Answer sheet and rough work.
16. This Examination shall consist of Multiple-Choice Objective questions as per Notification and shall be of 210 minutes duration. The duration of time to the
differently abled candidates is 240 minutes.
17. As per G.O.(Ms.) No: 121 School education Department (TRB) dated: 01.07.2022 it is mandatory for the candidates to pass the Compulsory Tamil
Eligibility Test. Differently abled candidates are exempted from attending Compulsory Tamil Language test as per G.O.(Ms.) No. 49, Human Resources
(M) Department, dated 23.05.2022.
19. Candidates should maintain complete silence in the examination hall during the examination & communication in any form with other candidates or with
outsiders or any unauthorized persons is not permitted.
20. Candidates misbehaving with the Hall invigilator or another candidate inside the Examination Hall will be penalised.
21. Non observance of the instructions mentioned herein or instructions issued hereafter or use of any unfair means or in possession of any incriminating
material during the examination will render the candidature liable for disqualification from the test and the candidate will be prosecuted.
22. The Hall Ticket will be retained by the candidates. Candidates are instructed to keep a copy of their Hall Ticket for future reference.
23. Board reserves the right to postpone/cancel the examination in case of issues like Law-and-Order situation/ natural disaster, etc.
24. With regard to conduct of examination, decision of the board shall be final and binding.
25. Impersonation and other malpractices will be liable for criminal prosecution apart from debarment from present and future examinations.

The Admission to this Examination is provisional and subject to the eligibility of conditions as laid down in TRB Notification. If any candidate is issued Hall Ticket
or permitted inadvertently, the candidature will be cancelled as and when such omission is detected and no further correspondence in this regard will be
entertained.
