Job Role & Responsibilities

This role involves contributing to day-to-day operation and delivering required Quality and delivery
numbers. You will have to perform the following responsibilities:

● Use platform tools to build conversational flows, both chat and voice based, with amazing user
experience
● Work with publishers to understand client requirements and implementation of APIs
● Be comfortable working on multiple integrations at the same time
● Collaborate with the product team to build chatbots with great user experience
● Integrate and develop various different web based APIs and system to build logic flows for
chatbots
● Model database architecture for performance and scalability
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging
technologies, and software development best practices
● Participate in code reviews, automated and functional testing, and other aspects of our quality
assurance process
● Drive strict adherence to industry standard development practices related to code quality,
testing, infrastructure management and build processes.
● Fully participate in a scrum-based, agile development team
● Create professional technical documentations and present for internal and external use
● Assist clients to test integrated interfaces
● Implement backend code and perform estimations assisting the engineering manager

Education Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation


Competencies Required

● Good knowledge of python and Django framework


● Understanding of the best practices in development and testing processes.
● Understanding of API
● Must have modelled database schemas for large scale applications (MySQL, Mongo etc)
● Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch and Docker is a plus
