MOTION TO PROCEED:
Now comes, Patrick: Devine, the Principal Creditor; as the Foreign Representative
demanding Justice per the Constitution of the United States of America, its Public Statutes at
Large and also the International Laws of Treaties between Nations and States.
Therefore by the will of Patrick: Devine, this Court is Called Upon to execute the
attached presented Chapter 7 – Involuntary Petition and the total Liquidation of this
Executive Agency known as the PATRICK DEVINE – Executive Agency.
As it has been previously identified in the other two Petitions to this Court, that were
contained within the total presentment package, there are several violations of the Laws of the
Constitution and the Public Statutes at Large; two key ones are Article I, section 10 and the
Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917. There is but one solution and that is to have this Chapter 7

– Involuntary Petition and liquidation processed to its fullness and the required Relief given to
the Principal Creditor – Patrick: Devine.
A form 56 is attached to be assigned by the Court to a United States Trustee to settle all
tax related maters involved with the liquidation of this bankruptcy action.
If any further contact with the Principal Creditor is required, then his door is always open
to those in Honor. So at this time the Foreign Representative wishes to thank this court for its
time and prays that it will support and continue to support the Constitution of the Land and the
International Laws of Treaties between Nations and States.
This Bankruptcy Action under Chapter 7 – Involuntary Petition and Liquidation are hereby
ORDERED by this Court.
