    In relation to DepEd Order no. 76, s. 2012 entitled Guidelines on Revitalizing Boy Scouting in Schools Nationwide
    which stated that scouting with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) is an effective co-curricular program in the
    leadership and value formation of every child. Its main objective is consistent with the Department of Education’s
    mission to develop every boy and every young man into well-rounded individual with exemplary character worth the
    emulation of school children.

    In view of this, the undersigned would like to seek approval from your good office for the conduct of 2024 School
    Based Encampment, with a theme “Scouting Education for Sustainable Development”, which will be held on
    November 22-23, 2024 at the School Grounds.

    Rest assured that we will abide by the attached DepEd guidelines, requirement and health protocols on this
    Encampment Activities guided under DO 76 s.2012,DO 40 s.2012 Child Protection Policy and DO 66s.2017
    Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of Off-campus activities.

    Attached here is the requirement of encampment activities.
