1. Introduction:
Rural Health+ aims to revolutionize healthcare in rural India through a scalable franchise
model, providing critical medical services in underserved areas. This consulting engagement
proposes to assist MediServe Healthcare Solutions, an existing healthcare provider, in
implementing this model to expand its reach into rural regions of India. We aim to deliver a
comprehensive, actionable strategy to establish healthcare centers through franchising,
equipped with diagnostic services, telemedicine capabilities, and pharmacy support.
2. Project Objectives
1. Expand rural healthcare access by establishing one healthcare center for every two
villages.
• Community Awareness: Engage with local influencers and leaders to promote Rural
Health+ and educate communities about the available healthcare services.
8. Conclusion
This proposal outlines a structured approach to extend healthcare services into rural areas,
utilizing a franchise model to empower local entrepreneurs and make healthcare accessible
to underserved communities. Through telemedicine, diagnostics, and community
engagement, Rural Health+ will address healthcare gaps while creating job opportunities
and improving the quality of life in rural India.
