1. Introduction:
Rural Health+ aims to revolutionize healthcare in rural India through a scalable franchise
model, providing critical medical services in underserved areas. This consulting engagement
proposes to assist MediServe Healthcare Solutions, an existing healthcare provider, in
implementing this model to expand its reach into rural regions of India. We aim to deliver a
comprehensive, actionable strategy to establish healthcare centers through franchising,
equipped with diagnostic services, telemedicine capabilities, and pharmacy support.

2. Project Objectives
1. Expand rural healthcare access by establishing one healthcare center for every two
villages.

2. Provide essential healthcare services, including diagnostics, telemedicine

consultations, and basic treatments.

health record management.

4. Empower local entrepreneurs to operate healthcare centers, fostering community-

driven healthcare and economic growth.

order processing, with MongoDB for secure data storage.
• Payment Processing: Integrate Razorpay for handling transactions securely.
3.3 Franchise Model Setup
• Define franchisee onboarding processes, including application, verification, and
training.
• Provide resources for medical equipment procurement, pharmacy inventory
management, and support.
3.4 Pilot Program

• Launch initial healthcare centers in select rural areas.

• Collect and analyze feedback from franchisees and patients to refine operations
before expanding further.
3.5 Expansion and Scaling
• Roll out franchise model across additional rural regions based on pilot results.
• Collaborate with government bodies to incorporate public health schemes and
subsidies.

4. Business Model and Revenue Generation

support.
