    1. Module erected but modules & purlins nut bolt found in loose condition large quantity.

    Root Cause Analysis:


    • Poor supervision by contractor.
    • Poor workmanship & Process violation.
    • Tools unavaibility.

    Correction (Action to be taken):


    • Modules torque tightness at 13 N/M & purlins torque tightness at 40 N/M to be carried out to
    avoid any further damage.

    Risk Assessment
    In present condition wind & rain are going on in site due to which modules may get damaged and
    blown away if in loose condition.
