Question 1: Tell us about yourself.

Answer: I embarked on my journey with a deep passion for making a positive impact on
people's lives as a dentist. With a belief in transforming lives one tooth at a time, I strive to
create an environment built on trust. Years of dedicated study and rigorous curriculum have
shaped me into an individual with diverse skills and holistic growth. Thanks to my commitment
to academic excellence, unwavering determination, and hard work, I was fortunate enough to
secure a full scholarship for my entire college education. In addition to my academic pursuits, I
actively engage in extracurricular activities. Throughout college, I served as the class
representative and cultural secretary for our college fest. I also had the opportunity to publish
research articles in both college and international journals. On the sports front, I excelled in
basketball, football, and cricket tournaments.

Born and raised in Kanpur, my school years were filled with both academic achievements and
active participation in various extracurricular activities. From learning swimming and playing
basketball since third grade to excelling in cricket, football, handball, I consistently represented
my school and won several tournaments. In eighth grade, I achieved success at the national
science Olympiad within my city and even received certificate from the Ministry of Human
Resource Development (MHRD). I am also proficient in playing various musical instruments
such as congo drums and pads, having showcased my talent as part of the school orchestra.

Question 2: What do you like to do outside of work?

Answer: I love engaging myself in various activities like, Traveling, Playing sports,Stock
market research.

Traveling is an enriching experience that allows individuals to explore new places, cultures, and
people. It broadens your horizons. Sports provide opportunities for physical fitness, teamwork,
and skill development, I actively participate in basketball, cricket, football leagues and
tournaments which have helped me a lot in developing strategic thinking, adaptability, and
decision-making abilities through sports. I find market fascinating and love studying about it,
Investing in the stock market can provide opportunities for wealth creation, financial growth, and
portfolio diversification. It involves analyzing companies, understanding market trends, and
making informed decisions.Therefore it can lead to a path to financial growth.

Question 3: What is your most proud accomplishment to date?

Answer: Cracking NEET exam and getting into good college is one heck of task, During this
journey, I also received full tuition fee scholarship

During my internship at Sharad Pawar Dental College & Hospital, I had the opportunity to
contribute to a critical research project aimed at improving patient outcomes for individuals and
reduce caries . The project focused on identifying risk factors and implementing preventive
measures to reduce caries in high-risk patients. As a healthcare intern, I actively participated in
data collection, analysis, and project coordination under the guidance of the research team. I

collaborated with Postgraduate , nurses, and data analysts to gather patient information, assess
dental records.With help of my guide , we created chewing gum containing chemicals that
reduces bacterial adhesion. Our efforts resulted in significant improvements in patient outcomes.
By implementing, we achieved a 30% reduction in caries causing bacteria among high-risk
patients

Question 4: What makes you stand out from other applicants?

Answer: As a healthcare profession ,This experience allowed me to develop my leadership


skills ,including effective communication, conflict resolution and strategic decision making. The
curriculum and patient care approach develop empathy which plays crucial role in caring,
emotional support and to provide adequate patient care

From school to college, I have been involved in both academic and extracurricular activities
which shaped me, build adequate skill-set for my overall growth and personality

Question 5: What motivates you to put in your best effort?

Answer: My never give up attitude and always an urge to learn new things always boost me to
put loads of effort and try to give a productive outcome

Question 6: How do you deal with criticism?

Answer: I believe criticism is good and healthy for the overall execution of task/outcome.

- I calmly listen and evaluate the credibility, intentions of the person providing criticism

-With an approach all feedback with an open mind and willingness to learn

-Everyone makes mistakes or has area of improvement, I use criticism as a chance to learn, adapt
, become better rather than dwelling on negative feedback

Question 7: How do you respond to change?

Answer: Change is inevitable and can be difficult to deal with. However, there are ways to
respond effectively to change. I believe in staying present and maintaining balance, being
patient, persistent, and practical. Develop a growth mindset and be willing to learn and try new
things, I set goals for myself and ponder myself for feedback, Learn to acknowledge and accept
change

Question 8: What are your greatest strengths?

Answer:

Clinical Expertise: I have experience in oral diagnosis, restorative dental treatment,


prosthodontics, and cosmetic procedures. My knowledge and skills in providing dental care
demonstrate my expertise in the field. Along with this it has developed empathy attribute in me

Leadership Skills: I was my college cultural secretory and manage fest for around 1000 people. I
was team captain in basketball leagues and tournaments in school and college, My batch class
representative in college. This lead and foster a competitive, collaborative and team lead
environment.

Communication Skills: As a healthcare professional, It is essential for effectively interacting


with patients, providing them with guidance on oral hygiene, and educating them on preventive
dental care.

Ability to Multitask: As an intern,I performed a wide range of dental procedures and managed
office files using dental software. This gave me ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Question 9: What are your greatest weaknesses?

Answer: As being healthcare professional , I always want to give something to society for the
betterment , there are times when individuals use my nature for there self accomplishment , I
believe it's essential to strike a balance between empathy and self-care. Practicing self-
awareness, setting boundaries, and prioritizing your own well-being are crucial for maintaining a
healthy level of empathy without it causing problems in your life.

Question 10: What are your short-term and long-term goals?

Answer:

Short term- My utmost priority is to learn and network during my MBA curriculum , so that I
can develop adequate managerial skills and learn from diverse individuals

Long term- I want to execute my learning in the corporate job , learn from corporate rolls and I
have a desire to built my own business that will be beneficial for the society and provide
employment

Question 11: Tell us something that’s not mentioned in your resume.

Answer: After completing my boards exam , I gave NEET medical entrance exam , I don’t had
the idea about the extreme level of competition , So I decided to prepare and took coaching the
gave NEET and secured 7000 rank out of 18lakh students , Got government medical seat and
then up reservation policy changed and rest counselling ended and got rejected from some
because of bad luck( Demand draft issue, documents issue, domicile issue ) at the end got
selected in sharad pawar dental college , was the first student throughout the years to receive full
scholarship for the entire year.

Question 12: Why did you decide to pursue an MBA?

Answer: After MBA, healthcare individual can identify gaps within the healthcare industry and
build services and solutions that would help bridge the gap. Doctors can develop and spearhead
the beginning of new and innovative changes by conducting market research, understanding the
need for services that can enhance the offerings of the healthcare industry, and transforming the
norm within the sector

It will open new career opportunities for me with MBA and with the growth of the global and
Indian health tech startup ecosystems and advancements in medical and pharmaceutical
technology and device industries, the options will only increase in the future.

A lot of expansion has also taken place in the tel-medicine and home healthcare markets in
recent years, which are expected to reach a market size of USD 10.6 billion by 2025. The
industry shift has certainly opened up a variety of job opportunities for doctors across the
country. An additional MBA degree along with the medical expertise can place me at top of the
industry pyramid. It can help doctors better understand the healthcare policy and how it affects
them.

Situation: As COVID-19 pandemic has ended, your company has implemented a hybrid
work model, allowing employees to choose between working from home and working from
