Foreword
This Japanese Industrial Standard has been revised by the Minister of
Economy, Trade and Industry through deliberations at the Japanese In-
dustrial Standards Committee in accordance with the Industrial Standard-
ization Law.
This Amendment partially replaces the previous edition (JIS R 5210:2009),
which has been technically revised.

Portland cement, when packaged, shall bear the following particulars on the outer
surface of the sack. However, for ordinary portland cement, the marking of type may be
omitted.
The date of shipment may be marked in a suitable manner according to the agree-
ment between the parties concerned with delivery.

d) Producer’s 1) name or its identifying brand.
