SUBJECT: PROJECT PROPOSAL SUBMISION AND DEFENCE DATES

Kindly note the following in line with project proposal preparation and
submission;

1. Project proposal defence date will be held on Thursday 28th and


Friday 29th November, 2024 at 9.00 a.m. in JSM 001, 101, 301,
302 and 401 for Mathematics and Computing & IT respectively.
2. You are supposed to submit one spiral binded copy of your project
proposal on or before Monday 25th November, 2024 to your supervisor.

Note: In case of any consultation, contact Dr. Harun Gitonga for


Mathematics/Statistics and Dr. Catherine Mukunga for
Computing/Information Technology project supervisor issues.
