CHATBOT
USING RASA
FRAMEWORK
ABSTRACT
The main aim of this project is to create a
custom chatbot using RASA Framework. This
chatbot can assist the users and solve their
queries. The steps involved are creating a
chatbot and integrating the chatbot to a fully
functional website. Different Natural Language
Processing(NLP) and Machine Learning
Algorithms are used in this project to make the
chatbot more responsive. The interactive UI of
the chatbot makes it simple and user-friendly.
INTRODUCTION
A chatbot is a computer program designed to
simulate conversation with human users, typically
through text-based interfaces such as messaging
apps or websites. These programs use natural
language processing (NLP) and artificial
intelligence (AI) techniques to understand and
respond to user queries and commands.
Chatbots can range from simple rule-based
systems that follow predefined scripts to more
sophisticated models that employ machine
learning algorithms to improve their responses

PURPOSE
The purpose of a chatbot is to provide automated
assistance and engage in conversation with users
to fulfill a specific set of tasks or objectives. Some
common purposes of chatbots include:Customer

intervention.Sales and Marketing: Chatbots can

PROCESSOR: Minimum inter core i5 12th gen or
AMD equivalents.

Latest generation windows or Mac OS
Python Language, Pycharm IDE, RASA Framework,

our chatbot project represent a significant milestone in
