We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) across various disciplines to be a
part of our growth journey.

Compensation for GET

Offer CTC - 8.4 LPA

1st 6 months Training / Internship 35k / month


Next 6 months Probation period 50k / month
Final 70k / month

Note: There is a scope to earn a target - oriented incentive of up to 50% of the fixed salary
based on meeting the performance targets.

1. Graduate Engineer Trainee – Chemical Engineering

Job Description: As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Chemical Engineering, you


will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our chemical processes,
ensuring that the production of iron, steel, and other metal products adheres to quality and
safety standards. You will be exposed to process optimization, chemical reactions, and
safety procedures within the manufacturing unit.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Assist in monitoring chemical processes during production.


● Support in the analysis of raw materials and product quality control.
● Work on process optimization to improve production efficiency.
● Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with environmental and
safety standards.
● Analyze data and provide technical reports to senior engineers.

2. Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechanical Engineering

Job Description: As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Mechanical Engineering,


you will be part of the team responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of
heavy machinery used in the steel manufacturing process. This role involves working on
machinery optimization, predictive maintenance, and performance enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Assist in maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.


● Support in the design and implementation of mechanical systems for production.
● Participate in root cause analysis for machinery failure and suggest improvements.
● Collaborate with the production team for process optimization and machinery
efficiency.

3. Graduate Engineer Trainee – Computer Science Engineering

of a team working on implementing advanced digital solutions in manufacturing operations.
