With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had
with us we are pleased to confirm your appointment as an intern for the
above-said position in Edlernity subject to the following terms and
conditions.

Internship start date would be same as mentioned above and would extend
for 2 month(s) and will be solely working from home under the guidance of
the assigned manager by the company

Stipend - The company shall provide a performance based - stipend at the


end of internship solely based on target achievement and work commitment.

Incentives - The company shall provide a performance - based incentives as


well.

Certificates - A Certificate will be provided to the intern by Edlernity on the


successful completion of the internship.
A letter of recommendation is also provided by the head of operations on
excellence performance.

Job roles & duties as a HRM intern at Edlernity -


Task is manage and assist the marketing team, include task as recruitment,
onboarding, employee relation, attend meetings, conducting interviews,
hiring potential candidates .

Terms and conditions:


Confidential Information: For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential
Information" shall mean any and all information disclosed by the
Company to the Intern, whether orally or in writing, that is designated as
confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential
given the nature of the information and the circumstances surrounding
its disclosure. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to,
trade secrets, business plans, strategies, financial information, employee
information, customer lists, and any other information which is not
generally known to the public.

Non-Disclosure: The Intern agrees that he/she shall not disclose, divulge,
or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information to any third
party without the prior written consent of the Company. The Intern
further agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose
of performing services for the Company and shall take all reasonable
precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential
Information.

Non-Disparagement: The Intern agrees that during and after the term of
their engagement with the Company, they will not engage in any conduct
or make any statement, whether oral or written, that disparages,
denigrates, or reflects negatively upon the Company, its employees,
officers, directors, products, services, or reputation.

Public Statements: The Intern agrees that they will not make any public
statements or comments, including but not limited to those made on
social media platforms, blogs, or other public forums, that could
reasonably be expected to harm the reputation of the Company or its
employees.

Remedies: The parties acknowledge that any breach of this Agreement


may cause irreparable harm to the Company, for which monetary
damages may not be a sufficient remedy. Accordingly, the Company shall
be entitled to seek injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies
available at law or in equity, to enforce the provisions of this Agreement.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in


accordance with the laws of India .

Intern status: You acknowledges that your internship with the company
is at will and either party may terminate the internship with or without
any cause.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding


and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral,
relating to the same subject matter.
