    Due to financial constraints AICF is not in a position to bear the expenses to be incurred on
    the members of lndian Contingent iowards Air fare, Visa Fee and Participation fee for this
    Championship. We therefore request you to kindly bear the expenses of Rs. 1.5 lacs per
    member of your esteemed organization and remit through NEFT to the Bank Account of All
    lndia Carrom Federation under intimation to the undersigned. The bank details are given below
    for NEFT transfer on or before 31.5.2024.

    It is most important to mention here that USA visa is a big challenge for lndian Passport
    holders because of prevailing rules with regard to US Visa and the long waiting time for
    appointment. Although AICF is making all its efforts for Visa of players of lndian Team
    with the support of USCA still if any selected player wishes to make his/her own efforts
    for obtaining US Visa or someone is already having US Visa may inform the Federation
    by 31.5.2024.

    lndian Team will leave for California, USA on 8th /9th November 2 024 from New Delhi and will
    commence its return journey on 18th November 2024 after completion of the Tournament.

    AII lndia Carrom Federation is organizing a coaching camp at New Delhi from 4th November
    2024. Accordingly, all the selected players are required to report at New Delhi on 3rd November
    2024 to take part in the Coaching Camp.

    You are requested to confirm participation of the selected player/s of your Organization/State
    latest by 31.5.2024 to the undersigned and grant necessary TA,/DA and leave.
