Over the next few pages we'll be discussing some of the fundamental points
when it comes to developing Telekinetic Abilities.
A lot of the advice given may seem obvious to some of you, but let me just
state for the record that without a solid foundation, none of the advanced
techniques will work.
Please don't overlook the first few lessons with the assumption that you
already know it all, because without a solid understanding of the basics you
may never achieve the results you desire.
It's like going to the gym for the first time. You wouldn't expect to turn up
on day one and start lifting the heaviest weights straight away. If you did
you'd probably hurt yourself, maybe even damage your body irreparably.
The same can be said for Telekinesis. If you want to be a master at anything,
then mastering the fundamentals first is the only way to succeed.
That being said, if you think you're up for the challenge then let's move on
to the first lesson on Telekinesis which is visualization.

1. Visualize
It works in the same way as meditation in the sense that you first see the
desired outcome in your mind, and then manifest that outcome by
completing the appropriate action.
When you're ready to get into visualization you should begin with small
objects and work your way up.
Concentrate on every detail to the point of being able to actually See, Smell,
Taste and Feel the object in your mind.
You'll notice that it's not easy to begin with, but as time goes on you'll be
able to literally taste and feel the images in your mind as you become more
prolific at visualizing your desired object.

2. Meditation
Your brain needs to be 100% clear in order for you to be able to channel the
energy that's needed to control the objects around you.
Meditation is a great way of escaping from all the hustle and bustle related
to this modern lifestyle. This is when your mental super-processes come into
play, and using the free meditation music that comes with this guide will
help to put your mind in the perfect state for Telekinesis.

Practicing telekinesis works much like a parachute, in the sense that you
won't achieve the desired results if you keep it closed...your mind, that is.
What you think what will happen is what WILL happen, and so if you want
to be able to perform telekinesis then you're going to have to see it in your
mind first.
Just ignore what people say and give it all you’ve got. When you don’t
believe in your own abilities then you can be certain that nothing will
happen.

4. Patience
You can't be sure of the moment when you'll achieve that magical mixture of
energy, and so what you have to do is keep on practicing.
This is not like losing weight where you witness the results gradually.
With telekinesis, you have to keep on practicing, with little to no results,
until one day your energetic output grows so much that lights start flashing
and objects start mysteriously falling off the table.

5. Relax
One great way of getting rid of the stresses we face in our everyday life is by
doing yoga.
Apart from yoga and meditation, you can try exercise in general. It is
important to set aside some time for yourself every day to be able to relax.
You don’t have to take lots of time for this, about 15-20 minutes is enough
and you'll notice that your everyday life will be better.
When you're performing telekinesis, you need to release the idea that the
object you're trying to control is any different from you.
The whole idea is that both of you should be having the same energy...Or...of
the same frequency.
If you truly believe that the spoon you're trying to manipulate is a natural
part of you then you'll be able to move it with your mind.

This lesson is very brief but incredibly effective at covering the basics of
energy protection and learning to block the negative influences in your life.
As you develop your psychic abilities it's important that you learn to protect
yourself from any negative energy.......for obvious reasons.
Everyone will have a different method that they develop which works best
for them and that's great.
In this lesson I will cover the basics and ask that you keep a record of what
you feel comfortable with. I also want you to explore areas that cause fear?
It's when we don't manage our fear, that fear becomes bothersome, because
it starts to control us.

1 - Declare Intent
Make sure that you request to only communicate with your Higher Self,
Spirit Guide or teacher and no one else.
2 - Just Relax
Remember your Guides love you unconditionally and will never give you
more than you can handle...even when you wish they would.
Spirit will never speak to you in a negative manner nor will they ever tell
you what to do... If you experience this you are most likely subconsciously
scaring yourself (or telling yourself what you want to hear ) so just try to
relax.
In a seated or layed down position, get yourself into your relaxed state and
begin to visualize a golden white light coming down from the heavens. It
descends down upon you through the crown chakra (top of the head) and
slowly works its way down through your entire body, carrying away any
negative emotions and pushing them out of the soles of your feet.

4 - Protective Bubble
As this light pushes out through the tips of your fingers, envision it forming
circles around you and surrounding you in a bubble of light. All negative
emotion has been pushed out into the ground to be recycled by the universe,
and you are surrounded by loving protective light. When you are within this
you are safe from negativity. You don't need to allow fear in , this is your
safe space.
Once you've done this and feel all relaxed and warm, you can begin to
practice your new psychic protection technique whenever you feel like you
might be entering into a situation where negative energy may be abundant.
You may wish to open and close with a prayer, one that you know or one
that you write yourself. Always open and close your meditations/exercises
with gratitude and respect.

One of the most frequent questions that gets asked by people who are
learning telekinesis is, "What's the correct technique for moving objects
with the mind"?
The old saying "one-shoe-fits all" really doesn’t apply to telekinesis, and a
technique that works for one person may never work for another.
People are different and the level of effort required for telekinesis relies
entirely on how your mind, body and soul react to the training.
Most people need lots of effort for the magic to happen which is the reason
they quit after a few failed attempts. Remember the advice on the previous
page about being patient?
One thing you have to remember is that the fact you reached the perfect
combination of energies one day, is no guarantee that you'll recreate the
exact combination the next.
The most important thing is not to be discouraged, and keep trying until you
achieve the results you want.

In order to move objects with your mind you'll need to channel an enormous
amount of your natural energy into the item you wish to move, which
requires an extremely high level of concentration.
The easiest way of doing this is to begin with lightweight objects like a pencil
or match.
The lighter (or less dense) an object is, the easier it'll be to move.
You should begin by practicing twice a day for about 30 minutes each time.
Use your newly learnt visualization skills and try to imagine the object
moving. It's important to be specific about where you want the object to
move, whether it's to the left, right, forward, back etc.
Be specific and visualize the object moving in your chosen direction before
you go on to the next step.

2. Psi-Balls (Advanced)
Once you've perfected this, you can move on to transferring this energy into
other objects.
Imagine how a baseball can knock a vase over. Focus on your psi-ball,
visualize it shooting out from the center of your hands and send it into the
object you wish to move. Start with very small/light weight items and move
on to bigger things when you've got the hang of it. With practice and
patience, you WILL begin to see movement in your target.

3. Flamework (INTERMEDIATE)
Apart from practicing with small objects, you should try working with fire.
Try lighting a candle and watch while it glows. After this, clear your mind of
all thought and instead, allow only the flame to consume the space in your
mind where thoughts take place.
Look at the flame as it flickers and use your energy/ psi-ball to move it. You
can practice moving it to the right, left, make it brighter or dimmer, and
basically get it to do anything that you want with your mind. You can even
make it do a little dance if you wish.

The fact that you'll be doing telekinesis exercises for about an hour a day
requires you to switch up the exercises you do in order to avoid burn-out.
The best way of identifying the methods that work best for you and those
that don't, is by simply trying them out.
One technique you can try out now is spoon bending. It's best not to use
your best silverware for this, but simply take any metal spoon you can find
and hold it out horizontally in front of you with both of your hands.
When doing this, ensure the handle is pointing up. Focus on your psi-ball
and imagine it getting hotter or brighter. Imagine the ball moving through
your arms and let it go to your fingers.
Once done properly your fingers should be able to bend the spoon as easily
as butter.
The best time to do this is when you feel like the psi-ball has achieved its
hottest point.
Visualize the energy entering the handle of the spoon and see the molecular
structure of the hard metal begin to soften and become more malleable.
The same can be done with cube of ice, but instead of holding it in your
hands, place the ice cube on a plate and use your energy to rapidly melt it.
As the ice melts it may even move around and you can watch it glide around
the plate like a skater.

When your body enters the perfect state of “vibration,” your energetic-self
moves from your physical body and enters the astral world around you.
Although it may sound easy, this is quite a difficult thing to do. It's advisable
to start small in order to avoid frustrations. You can begin by moving your
arm or leg and try the initial out-of-limb-experience first.
After that, you'll be able to move to your entire self and you can wander
around to the different rooms and then into the atmosphere. This thought
might be very scary but don’t give in to the fear.
Just relax, you will ALWAYS be able to return back to your body.

These exercises can be especially difficult if you don’t have enough rest, and
so whenever you feel like you're mentally and emotionally exhausted, get
some rest and make sure you only continue when the fatigue has worn off
and you're feeling back to normal.
You'll be able to achieve better results when you feel refreshed, and the best
way to know if you're up for the exercises is to listen to what your body and
mind tells you.
