We hereby certify that: Parents’ Permit will be secured by every scout. Boy and
Girl Scouts shall be accompanied by their parents. The campsite is ideal for
camping with respect to water, lighting and security. Barangay Tanods and
Barangay Officials of the barangay will provide peace and order and security at the
campsite on the whole duration of the camping.

leaders, approval is hereby given to carry out the Joint BSP-GSP Camporee 2024.
Any person whom this permit is presented advised that proper assurance had been
given to above representatives of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Ilocos Norte-
Laoag Council, that members of the party are thoroughly familiar with the standards
for camping and the objectives of good scouting and will conduct themselves
accordingly.
