September 15-21, 2024; 6:00 am to 5pm at Kawit


Date and Venue Occidental Elementary School, Kawit Occidental,
Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte
Participants Kinder to Grade 6 registered Scouts.

This activity is in response of the issued memorandum


Brief Description of the from NHQ CIRCULAR No. 25
Program/Project/Activity Series of 2024.
Theme of the 26th National Council Convention (NCC)
"Women of Today for the Girls of Tomorrow".

This activity aims:


1. Strengthen the unwavering commitment to
unity, sisterhood, and the advancement of young
girls - the advocacy started by its Founder, Josefa
Lanes Escoda.
2. Discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls
together. Girls grow courageous and strong
through a wide variety of enriching experiences,
such as field trips, skill-building sports clinics,
Objectives community service projects, cultural exchanges,
and environmental stewardships.
3. Develop their full individual potential; relate to
others with increasing understanding, skill, and
respect; develop values to guide their actions
and provide the foundation for sound decision
making; and contribute to the improvement of
society through their abilities, leadership skills,
and cooperation with others.
Scouting plays an important part in the life of
every school children. Pupils learn and acquire
knowledge as they join Scouting Movement. They gain
skills and experiences which can be applied to real-
Key Results life-situations. The Girl Scout of the Philippines
continue to share the Girl Scouting light and uphold
the Movements legacy of excellence, resilience, virtue
and service.

Remarks to Improve the
Activity  Provide opportunities for the Girl Scouts to have
outdoor activities where they can explore and be
exposed to the current situation of their own
community and our world.
 Encourage the Girls to continue in projecting the
values that a Scout should possess to serve God
and the country.
 May our celebration of Girl Scout Week be critical
and meaningful, as we do our good turn daily to
foster unity, create peace, and heal our nation. Let
the life laid down by our Founder, Josefa Llanes
Escoda, bear the fruits of truth and goodness in this
time of social darkness, apathy, and anarchy.
EVERY GIRL SCOUT IS THE LIGHT.
