prices for the below scope of work, pertaining to the above said project for your perusal and approval.

Our offer includes the following scope of work:

01. SUPPLY W/ DESIGN OF SFFECO FM200 GAS SUPPRESSION SYSTEM ALONG WITH FIRE DETECTION, ALARM &
EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM.

Note: We have quoted our standard materials. This offer is for the supply of quoted materials only based on our
specification, in case of any amendments / modification required for the above, it shall be charged extra / amend
the above quote.

Terms & Conditions:

Payment Terms : 50% down payment & 50% before delivery of material.
Delivery Time : To be discussed later.
Delivery Place : At our factory – Riyadh.
Validity of our offer : 30 Days from the date of submission of our offer.

A storage charge of 1%, of the total order value per day will apply (Maximum 10 %) from the date of intimation of
goods pick up. Exceeding 30 days we reserve the right to utilize the materials for others. Further on 100%
settlement of the P O value a new delivery date will be considered.

Important Notes:

• We reserve the right to correct prices, in case of any typographical or arithmetic errors in this
quotation.
• After placing the purchase order, any item if cancelled by the client, 30% of its value shall be
charged based on the condition with SFFECO's acceptance of the same.
• Integrity test cost is not included in our offer.
• Our quotation is based upon SFFECO's / Client's Drawings (B.O.Q) / Specifications, which are
yet to be approved by the Consultant / Civil Defense.
• Final quotation shall be submitted after receiving the approval by Client / Consultant.
• In case of pumps, site voltage should be clearly mentioned while placing the orders.
• ONE YEAR against any manufacturing defect, where warranty covers only limited to changing or
replacing defected parts free of charge.
• The warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment.
• The warranty does not cover the maintenance work of the equipment from a third party
• The Warranty does not cover damage to fire pump set due to dry run.
• In case of any cancellation from client after Placing the purchase order for STANDARD / NON
STANDARD Materials, the same value shall be deduct from client ADVANCE / DOWN PAYMENT.
• Extension of the warranty period on equipment for an additional year can be issued during the
period of signing the maintenance contract with us for the Entire Fire System
