1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1.1 Introduction
ADNOC Gas (AG), hereafter referred as COMPANY plays a strategic role in ADNOC and the UAE
hydrocarbon value chain by contributing significantly for the development of UAE.

COMPANY operates various assets: gas processing facilities and manages integrated Sales Gas
Pipeline Network to supply sustainable gas at each consumer with agreed battery limit pressure and
flow rate through various sales gas pipelines of total length of approximately 3,000 km spread down
from western to eastern part of the UAE. The pipeline network delivers sales gases to ADNOC, EWEC,
DEL, EGA/EMAL, and various other industrial consumers in Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates.

The main and critical existing facilities and/or manifolds of ADNOC Gas sales gas pipeline networks
are as following:

• Habshan Compressor Facility

• Maqta Manifold Facility
• KM-42 Station
• Taweelah Gas Compressor Plant (TGCP)
• Thammama-C Manifold

1.2 Project Scope

As part of the enhancement of pipeline network, COMPANY intends to build new pipelines to supply
gas from RLPP (Ruwais LNG Pre-conditioning Plant at Habshan 5) to Ruwais LNG Plant (RLNG)
utilizing the ESTIDAMA sales gas compressors at HGCP (hereafter referred as PROJECT / Package-
8).

As part of the project, a new suction pipeline of 48”/52” (TBC based on hydraulics) shall be installed
from Ruwais LNG Pre-conditioning Plant at Habshan 5 to HGCP and a new discharge pipeline of
52”/56” (TBC based on hydraulics) shall be installed from HGCP to RLNG at Ruwais.

For implementation of the mentioned scope COMPANY has engaged ENGINEER to perform DEFINE
STAGE (FEED) for the PROJECT including preparation of PROJECT DEFINITION REPORT(S) and
EPC Enquiry Package(s).

2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to define the Storage Calculation for CCTV System for the ‘Sales Gas
Pipeline Network Enhancement Project – Package 8 - DEFINE Stage’.
