    1. Scope of Work
    New ECS Shock dosing system nozzle inspection, cleaning & repair
     MS and RA will be provided by the inspection party prior to start the job.
     Diving team with diving supervisor, Along with Equipment's Test certificates & Divers
    Health certificates.
     Surface supplied mobile diving unit with CCTV unit, video camera, light, control panel &
    diving related equipment’s.
     Provide the Inspection report & video.
     Provide permit acceptor.
     Chemical dosing under water line replacement by diving team including CPVC pipe
    material/support material like U clamps.

    Technical specification:
    Medium: Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) concentration – 12%
    Pipe Material specification:
    Material: CPVC
    CPVC Pipe and Fittings: GF

    Material Quantity: 40 M 1”CPVC pipe and fittings.

    1.1 Exclusions
     Our offer does not include any work other than, specified in Scope of work.
     Pipe support material considered are U clamps, bolts, gaskets and neoprene
    sheet. In case of any structural material required shall be quoted separately after
    underwater inspection.
     Any major repair required (will be brought into the notice of concerned TTEO&M
    Engineer for further proceedings as variation
     Crane/Forklift to be arranged by client
     Scaffolding

    3. Terms and Conditions


    3.1 Notes:(General)
    - The Prices are valid only if the total package is awarded to us. Any part allocation of
    this package will change the price in terms of mobilisation, demobilisation,
    component pricing etc.
    - The quoted price is based on starting the work at 8:00AM in the morning so that we
    shall get 8-10 working hours per day.
    - A standby rate of AED 1,000.00 per hour will be applicable in case of any delay or
    stoppage in work after mobilization that is due to reasons beyond Telford’s control.
    - Our offered price is excluding VAT; VAT shall be charged as per UAE taxation policy.

    3.2 Completion:
    As per above scope of work

    3.3 Payment:
    As per MIPCO standard payment terms

    3.4 Validity:
    Our Offer is valid for 60 days from date the of order submission.
