PAYMENT
AGREEMENT
PARTIES
This PAYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), signed this 12th day of August 2040, is between
Eden Reyes of East Brick Store (“Seller”) and Rosemary Marsh (“Buyer”).
NATURE OF AGREEMENT
The Buyer agrres to pay seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) to the Seller. The amount is
for the items specified below:
PAYMENT DEADLINE
The Buyer must completed the full payment by September 12, 2040. Failure to do so will result
in additional interest charges.
INTEREST RATE
Upon failure to pay the full balance by the due date, the Company will increment the charge
with a 10% interest rate for every week that the Buyer fails to pay the amount.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer is responsible for paying the full amount on or before the due date. If for some
reason the Buyer is not capable of doing so, they should remain in contact until they finish
paying the whole balance on top of the accrued interest.
ITEM RETURN
The Buyer will not be allowed to return the printer to close the debt. They are required to
provide financial reparations for the purchase.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties are not allowed to disclose any information regarding this document to parties
outside of the bounds of this Agreement. Failure to do so will result in possible legal
repercussions.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is bounded by the laws and regulations of the State of North Carolina.
